A Plus charged me $200 for a battery they didn't give me. They either gave me a very old and corroded battery or they just jumped my car and it was the battery that was already in there. Either way they charged me for something they did not give me. They only take payment in cash, so it's hard to prove anything. I have no idea what actual work they did on my car and I'm now afraid to drive it any long distances.

Once paper work was filled out the Technician TJ came out and went over everything I wrote down and asked questions of previous work done on my truck. He then took it for a road test came back and started his work. I needed a tie rod changed out as well and he was able to get that replaced and the alignment done in under an hour. TJ walked me through were the numbers were when he started and where they ended up communicating with me the entire time. Pricing was reasonable and fair and work was efficient. The tow truck driver said dealers are not open and he only knows one place that opens on weekends. He called this place and they agreed to wait for us. We got in around 7pm and they were there! They looked at the car and said it needs a new thermostat housing unit. They said they will try to get it next day or Monday. They did get the part and replaced it, to which I'm very grateful! But the tragedy is the car overheated again on my way back to LA a few days later. I had to stop every half and hour and my trip back took me twice as long! However, it was 115 degrees that day! I took it to the dealership later and they said the thermostat itself was faulty! So that was another job! The owner/operator Rafael was very nice and helpful. I am very thankful that he stayed open for us and did something to help us; but I don't know if the repair was thorough.... Or if something else happened after his repair.

They coded my car and did my check engine ( already knew the problem) then I asked if they could check the drivetrain and transmission mounts but they didn't and said my grill shutter is what was effecting my drivetrain and those are two completely different things. Took it to another mechanic and they knew what the problem was in five mins and found it was the engine mount. Had they lifted up the hood And listen to what my concerns were I would not have waisted my time or money. Now I'm out $140 for a code on my car I was already aware of they wanted to charge 5k for. That wouldn't not have solved the problem that was wrong with my car whatsoever. Had they listen and checked my actual concerns then mu car could have been fixed earlier. Performance Muffler knew exactly what to do with it, but I wanted something different. I came in wanting a pair of Delta 40's and the removal of my stock mufflers. I wanted to do the whole process one step at a time so I don't have to undo anything unnecessarily. They heard me out and made recommendations. My thing was I didn't want my car too loud, but also wanted a deep tone and minimal in-cabin drone. I went with the Delta 40's and eventually removed all resonators. I came back again to change out my x-pipe connector with an h-pipe for that muscle car sound. I love it! What a great value. My SS is now the perfect volume, tone, and drone. Thanks again!
