Very honest, friendly shop. Our car had overheated on the way to Vegas and we had it towed to Tony's late Friday night in hopes of getting it fixed the next morning. However, the shop wasn't open but Dale was kind enough to stop by on his free time to help us take a look and let us know that it was a much bigger issue with the engine that would take more than a few days to resolve. So far, I've dealt with Jennifer at the front desk and her brother Anthony, who's one of the techs. Both went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Jennifer and the rest of the Tony's staff took great care of us-- we took the car in for a vehicle inspection because Christensen automotive had told us a major issue was wrong with the car and we wanted a second opinion. Jennifer explained that the car was fine in the area we were concerned about, but that we did need new engine mounts. Since they had to order the parts and couldn't get them in that day due to COVID shipping delays, we were advised to return in a few days-- and they didn't even charge us the typical $100 inspection fee. This was a huge gesture of good faith that went a long way with us. I didn't even realize that the car was shaking so much until after the repairs were finished, now our ride is quieter and smoother than it was when we bought the car! My husband and I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger here last week after taking it to the dealership the week prior to have a leak test performed. My thermostat and evaporator both needed replacing, so we searched online and found that Tony's had very good reviews and looked more affordable. We had also been referred to Auto Air and More, but they are just as expensive as the dealership. Jen was super sweet and polite and she let us know we would likely get our car back the next day, which we did. We are so thankful to see places like this still exist in Vegas. The only reason why I gave Tony's Auto Repair 5 Stars is because that's the limit. I've used them for years after the small auto shop guy I went to retired. 1st time using Tony's I came in believing a certain expensive problem with my car. I forgot what it was, but I remember being told that wasn't the problem. They could've said yes that had to be fixed, plus it's something else too. That's honesty that's hard to find in auto service industry. I was there recently&everyone is so kind&professional. They found leaks all over the used car I bought&they explained in detail what was wrong&I was even shown a faulty part that caused a leak near distrubtor cap. Even tho a lot needed to be fixed, you can just feel how honest they are. It's like having expert auto mechanics as neighbors. Jennifer that runs the office is like Marissa Tormei in My Cousin Vinny. She knows so much&you're never wondering what they actually did, as she again explains everything done to your vehicle in detail. The mechanics are all very smart too&consciensious. I remember 1 important lesson from my late father growing up, when you find a business or tradesman you trust, stick with them&don't try to always look for the cheapest price. That's actually more expensive in the long run, tho that's not to imply Tony's charges more than other places. Point is I trust them&I don't even look to try to find cheaper prices on any work my car needs done. Many other places would fix something at one price, then charge you for things you don't need. I am physically challenged and use an electric wheelchair 100% of the time. A friend accidentally pumped diesel fuel into my gas tank. My go-to advisors for repairs on my handicapped accessible van, The Ability Center, recommended that it get towed to Tony's Auto Repair immediately. I contacted them and had AAA tow it to them. They accommodated me immediately even though they were inundated with many other vehicle repairs. They totally understood my sense of urgency. The work was completed the same day (removal of my gas tank, complete drainage and seal replacement) which was so important as this is the only vehicle that will transport my wheelchair. When I arrived to pick it up, I was informed what work was done and actually felt as if I was treated special - like I was their only customer. I totally and wholeheartedly recommend them! read more

The woman who answers the phone says "Hello" like you're calling her personally. I had to say, "Is this Tony's Auto Repair"? Who answers a business phone without identifying the business name? I proceed to ask her for the cost of a repair, parts and labor. She tells me she will call back. 2 -3 hours later she never called so I call back since I need to know who to tow my truck to, it was also Friday. Again.."Hello". She got very upset, "I said I would call you back." When I tried to explain why I called back, she cut me off before I could finish my sentence and then said she would call me back in 20 minutes. That never happened. By 4:30 she never answers the phone again all, and never got a call back. I don't know if she is related to the owner but this woman is a HUGE red flag. I would never do business here. If she acts like this with a potential customer I can imagine the issues if she has you locked in with a signature on a work order. Keeping your vehicle for weeks in the garage? Something not fixed correctly and ignoring calls? Yelling and slamming the phone. I can see it coming with this one. Oh, hell to the no no. read more

FANTASTIC and HONEST AAA-authorized repair facility!!! I was referred by AAA to Tony's Auto Repair because the battery I purchased from them stopped working. We weren't sure if the battery was still covered by warranty, so offered to recharge the battery first and then test it. It turned out it was just discharged from lack of use due to shelter-in-place orders for the pandemic. They were very accommodating and didn't charge us anything, which is awesome since a couple of other places wanted $75-95 just to do the testing. Woman at the front (very nice and professional, the only good part about the shop) estimated that it would cost 1400 with a discount on labor cost. I was about to just pay but I got a second opinion at another local shop auto Xperts. They notified me that I was paying 400 too much. Discount on labor was what I was told. The woman that helps at front desk (Jennifer?) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I live four hours away, was in town on family vacation, had major car problems and long story short she was very friendly and helpful on the phone and then in person. They were busy but she got me in there two days in a row to do diagnostics checks while they simultaneously were busy with current jobs. Ultimately she recommended a place for me to take my car for the transmission problem and that place was able to diagnose the problem and they were able to rebuild my transmission in less than 24 hours, which was perfect timing since we had to be out of our resort that same morning. Found out her mom is in the hospital and she is going through a lot personally, but you wouldn't know it by her stellar service. read more

I have a 2013 Lexus GS 350 and it started acting up Sometime in 2018. The battery was dying often, so after seeing several people on the Nextdoor app rave about Tony's I gave them a call. Jenn told me to bring it in to take a look. They charged my battery which was completely dead and she recommended I wait a few days to see if there were any problems and if so to get a new one. Being that I am a female, she could have told me I needed a new one immediately and made a sale but she didn't, so I liked that. Plus, they have a ton of great reviews about how honest they are. Lexus also diagnosed my car with a ton of problems and she said only one was necessary and lifted the car to show me exactly what they diagnosed.
