Here's the situation - an inoperable car parked in front of a house. The tow service needed was for them to move the car into the driveway of the house. Narrow lots in the community. The service was nothing to complain about. They were at the house at the time they were supposed to be. The job was done, nice and easy. The reason for the rating was the charge - $70 to just move it from the front of the house to the drive. It felt like we were gouged there. We asked if they could take $50 but no go. They dropped the car and caused damage to the lower part of my front bumper and my lower radiator hose!! My mechanic said they were so negligent with bringing down the vehicle from a flat bed!! I called after an hour and a half and was told 30 min. I called back three times after his additional 30 min and no one will pick up the phone or respond to my voice mail. This is a very good tow service company. They do not take reservations but they come to you pretty quickly. Just call them when you are ready for the tow...they do come within 30 minutes. Today was my second tow within these last two months. Flat rate $60 or $70, pretty much the whole Clark County area I think. Professional drivers and good service, they came with a big flat bed today. I wanted to book a time and called Olmstead towing too but they never even returned my call. Just as well.
