As soon as you walk into the studio you feel a sense of calm and ease that continues as the instructors help facilitate mindfulness throughout your practice. Every instructor has been caring, welcoming, and accommodating. You should definitely start your yoga practice at Freedom Yoga!

Now that I want to cancel, I am being told that I have to pay for an extra month to cancel. What the heck?!?! If I am not going to be there, why do I have to pay the extra month fee WHEN I cancel? I was told that you can cancel online, but you have to pay the extra month during cancellation...I mean...why? So, I wouldn't advise anyone getting a membership here unless you are told EXACTLY what the charges are for prior to signing up...because NONE of this is mentioned during the initial sign up.

I've also come to Cain Center in the past for the Yoga Fusion class (led by Lee Middlebrooks), & the shallow water aerobics (led by Tamara & Keith Bennett). I usually liked to stay in the pool after the organized aerobics class so that I can swim some laps.
