Boiler wouldn't light, Ben quickly diagnosed suet collected on pipes directing flame down and…read morethankfully triggering emergency switch to close gas valve. Ben promptly opened up entire insides and cleaned out suet as thoroughly as possible, put boiler back together, checked/wrapped/secured any wiring, tested operation, and checked radiators had heat or needed bleeding. He also showed me the proper, shorter blue/white flames in the pipes versus the long red flames I mentioned l saw before boiler stopped working.
