Ben promptly opened up entire insides and cleaned out suet as thoroughly as possible, put boiler back together, checked/wrapped/secured any wiring, tested operation, and checked radiators had heat or needed bleeding. He also showed me the proper, shorter blue/white flames in the pipes versus the long red flames I mentioned l saw before boiler stopped working. Unfortunately, it would take too much time to explain how awful they were when we called to ask for help with our boiler. From subtle insults about where we move from to arrogant responses to our simple questions. We get it, you're in high demand, but it doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and rude. Yeah, you don't need my business because you're "busy." But do you want to be known for being pretentious and impolite to local people who have supported your business for years?
