When contacted about the unauthorized charge, customer service first played dumb, instead of looking up the earlier customer service ticket in their Zendesk by my email address, then ghosted me, and now is claiming they sold the location and it's no longer their problem. DO NOT SIGN UP, you'll have to chase them hard to get them to quit rebilling you.

Unfortunately today the westernmost unit would not take coins as some one had sloppy shoved it full of quarters. I was able to get front one out with the blade of my pocket knife (most likely went down the floor drain) but they had shoved them two wide behind it. I put a note into the slot with the edge of an ID card just enough that it would not fall but was easily able enough o be pulled out and read by the next person. Thankfully these things are usually fixed quickly by the management.
