My son got a shirt for his bday, missed their 14 day return policy by a few days. they wouldn't let us exchange it for same item, one size bigger! The first thing the employee asked when I told him I wanted to exchange a gift what's was the day they purchased it and when I told him, he automatically said they can't do it. Today I walked in to curve one of my newest hats, Lizbeth was very professional and made me feel confident about making hat curved to my expectations. Don't really know what all of the bad reviews are about. The service here is more than helpful, the selection is great, and the prices are average. What makes this place so great, is that there are a bunch of hidden gems to be found priced WAY cheap. Pro Image has NBA throwback jerseys discounted to $39.99, that are the original ones priced at $110. I've been to a lot of jersey stores, and I know a good deal when I see it. This store is great if looking for an older jersey that other stores wouldn't carry anymore. A Boston Celtics Rondo jersey, a Suns All-Star 2005 Stoudamire jersey, a 2011 Gasol All-Star jersey, among many others all priced at $39.99 is a steal. This store covers more than just basketball, with many other sports in the mix. It also carries more than just jerseys and clothing, with cool memorabilia like shot glasses. I mostly chose 4 stars because it defaults to "Yay! I'm a fan," which was too appropriate to pass up. But fortunately, it's actually a pretty accurate rating. They have a HUGE selection of jerseys - NBA, MLB, and NFL, with the emphasis on the local teams, of course (although there is way too much Warriors gear for my liking... bleh). They also have plenty of lanyards, hats (I managed to score a Dodgers hat with the Lakers color-way!), T-shirts, and loads of other apparels and accessories! And the biggest distinguishing factor of this spot: they have throwback jerseys, as well as several of the alternates (*NBA only, since I'm not sure about the other major sports)! The customer service varies. Sometimes you get some very useful and friendly workers, and other times... it's kind of a stretch. However, due to the sheer size of their inventory, you'll probably have more fun - and spend way more money - going through everything to hunt down what you want anyways! Because they know that we're tribal die-hards and passionate about our sports teams, everything is rarely cheaper than other venues. I found my way to Pro Image during a looong search for a Kaepernick jersey. I called in before to confirm that they carried it and learned that they were down to the last one. They were so gracious to not only hold it for me but also help me learn and identify the jersey type in the most lament terms. Upon arrival I was apprehensive of the jersey size so the staff found someone of equal size to my partner and he was glad to try it on. I had the worse experience at this particular store. I purchased Dodgers hat, t's etc.... prior to the first World Series game. I got home and noticed that part of the hat was defected. I drove another 45mins to the mall trying to exchange for a new one, the store manager refused to change it and said the hat was perfect when it was sold. I was in the Arcadia area looking for a common item at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall. I had searched Lids, Sport Chalet, and....JCPenny, for some reason. I found my items at the real sports haven at Pro Image. I can't reveal what I was looking for, but its a very common item that people buy. Sport Chalet and Lids didn't even have it. Thus, they are losing revenues on a favorite item. Their loss is Pro Image's gain. Pro Image is located on the 2nd Floor located next to JCPenny. When you walk in, you can see all the jerseys, memorabilia, and fan items. Why drive to another state when you can your teams at Pro Image. Pro Image seems like it ate the world's sport souvenirs and just kept it all here. The one main feature of this store is massive collection of Dodger Apparel. If you know me, I love my Dodgers. There is a Return Policy at this store. No Refunds, Exchange or store Credit Only. Prices are quite reasonable and I doubt there is any need to return because all items are just as great as the big brand stores. You'll find great sales and hard to find items. Yelp! Absolutely terrible customer service! Both the manager and associate were rude. My boyfriend was trying to purchase a gift for a friend while I was shopping at another store. He called to tell me that the associate wouldn't process his transaction because he didn't have an ID on him (he just finished working out at the gym inside the mall so he had no personal items with him apart from his card). He wanted to process the purchase as debit, but the associate also said an ID was needed for that. Additionally, she wouldn't honor a military discount because she wanted to see his military ID too. OK, fine -- that's understandable since there are people who pathetically lie about things like that. But hilariously enough, he was wearing a camo baseball cap with his unit patch on it. Yes, STEPHANI, he is a veteran and served four years for your freedom, so a thank you sans the discount would have been appreciated in any case. I ended up having to walk over from the other side of the mall to pay for the item. The manager was aware of the issue and immediately assisted us, yet STEPHANI was still meddling and taunting my boyfriend asking if he went to get his military ID. As if her verbal unprofessionalism wasn't enough, she proceeded to roll her eyes while I was discussing the issue with her manager. I went here a few weeks ago just to browse around and saw that they were having a 30% off sale on authentic MLB jerseys (normally $200). I inquired to see if they had a Matt Kemp jersey in stock. The jersey is a hot item so it was understandable that they were sold out. The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is for the customer service. They were sold out of the item but were able to contact other stores and were able to transfer one for pick up at this store in a few days. I was able to get the jersey for $150 of the player I wanted with plenty of time to spare for the baseball season. I highly recommend this place. read more
