At first, I was hesitant to visit after reading some reviews, but I'm so glad I decided to come anyway! I was greeted immediately by the staff, who helped me find the color and size I was looking for. Although the kiosk only accepted 12 characters, and my last name has 13, they were able to assist me without any issues. A big thank you to JESSICA and MATTEO for making it all happen! We had a nice gentleman help us he was very professional and had lots of patience . I had my elderly parents and disabled brother and he was very polite to them . We bought about 5 jerseys got our patches on the Jerseys and some hats to be ready for the World Series . Once we came back to pick up the jerseys I asked to please have two more bags for a total of 4 bags . Cashier (woman ) response was sorry we are running low on bags I can only give you two . I was in disbelief since we did just make over 1,000 in purchases . I even suggested I'll pay for the bags and she still refused . Very rude and unprofessional if I come back it will only be because the gentleman had amazing costumer service . But maybe cashier can work on customer service . read more

5 stars because it's a Dodger store! I'm not from the area so I was a little lost finding this store. It's obviously inside the mall but according to the mall map the store wasn't where it was supposed to be. After many phone calls trying to get a hold of someone at the store or at other locations to verify if this store was OPEN I decided to walk around the mall and found it upstairs! Apparently they moved in the meantime because the original location is being renovated. Besides that the store is amazing and you can find anytbing Dodger related. Pay over $250 for a jersey and they don't even provide you with a bag. They asked us to pay for a bag and when I asked why it isn't included the manager said you have to pay for a bag. We will not be coming back ever. read more

Went to the mall to browse for Christmas shopping and found myself here for my godson who loves the Dodgers. It's Christmas time so they had buy one get one half off. I purchased a pull over for him at $65 and bought a second exact item. The cashier said total was 123. When I questioned the total because it did not seem correct he just told me again they were calculated at 59 each and this is the total and kept pointed to his portable register in his hand. . I asked what the tax was that was being charged and he again dtated 59 each. I said /no please do calculation old-fashioned way one at $65 one at half price which would be 33 at the most = 98 plus tax. He didn't seem able to comprehend this. He finally seemed very frustrated with me and asked his supervisor who turned around and agreed with him yes $59 each and I had to tell her as well to please calculate the old-fashioned way which is half of $65 with her looking at me exasperated. Finally she said to him it was the incorrect price. When I asked if it was input incorrectly, she looked at me and quickly and abruptly said " no it was the OTB (or something like that) was wrong" in a very firm voice. It sounded as I was being chastised for correcting and noting the error. No quick apology , no nothing. They gave me my bag and I walked out without anyone of us saying anything. I understand people or machines make mistakes and that's understandable but attitude is everything. She being a supervisor could've taught this young man at the cash register that quick sorry and thank you is all it takes . as I left, he gestured to make to come back in. I went back in expecting for him to say sorry about that" but it was because they only put one pull over in the bag. I won't be back, at least not to this location . read more

Don't go to this store. If you want to try out a hat to see if it fits well. Go to Lids or somewhere else. You can't bent their fitted hats because according to the sales person. "You can't bent or curve their hats because customers don't like them when they're bent." I'm not one of the other customers who likes them straight and gave me that look. This Place has your dodger gear and merch! It's really highly stocked when it comes to jerseys, shirts and pretty much anything dodger related, hence it's name. I came in the same day I was going to the dodger vs giants game to get a custom made dodger jersey with my name on it and they had it ready in 15 minutes ! Good service and fast wait times would come again. The jersey itself without the name is $115 plus the customs name add in was about $45. In total it came to be $175 which is pretty pricey if you're thinking about getting one jersey. Just keep that in mind if you're thinking about it. read more

Melissa helped me on getting a jersey I asked her what's the difference on a custom jersey compared to a original stitched one are they the same ? She answered yes they are the exact same but once she gave me the shirt I noticed the back wasn't stitched on . I thought it was going to be stitched on , I told her it's not the same if I can get a refund and she said she can't give a refund I would have just payed full price on a different original jersey so I'm upset because she lied when I specifically asked her what the difference was . So basically this jersey won't last because it was printed on not stitched . Be careful with her she doesn't know how to explain specifically with detail what her products are so basically I got sold a fraudulent jersey for 230 with this bootleg printed Ohtani jersey in the back that she said was going to be stitched on . Terrible customer service for not being able to get a refund there/then. . I got scammed basically . Hire ppl that know what they are talking about not making lies up . Another customer down 200+ dollars for a bootleg when you can buy fake stitch ons for 60-80 . They said they are certified by dodgers that everything they make is authentic basically . Unfortunately, my receipt was emailed from a Lids account so it went to my trash can and got deleted; now I'm stuck with a $200 jersey my husband doesn't want. Was never asked if I wanted an emailed or printed receipt; thought I was giving email to receive promos cuz I know it looks good for the sales associate (I prefer printed and thought it was in the bag). So kinda irritated with my experience. I called the store to see what their return policy is and since they sent the email, if they could pull up the receipt for the return. I had to called 8 different times and finally when someone answered, I was told I couldn't return with the credit card used if I didn't have the receipt AND they can't look up the receipt for the return. So not only have I been stuck receiving Lids promos after unsubscribing but I'm out almost $200. Two stars were for the help finding items in the store. read more

The cashier was talking in the back with the girls who are supposed to be folding inventory. More than one person asked, "Where's the cashier?!" Excellent customer service! My boyfriend purchased a T-shirt at the universal city location and it was factory defected. We called the Universal City Walk location and unfortunately they told us we had to go back to the same store and wait in line to exchange it because he had removed the tag. We called this location and Melissa was very attentive, spoke with her manager and we were able to exchange it. Thank you for the positive customer service experience.
