I really didn't want to do this review but seeing how unfortunate everything has turned out, I think it's important to share my experience. Let me start off by saying Fanny is helpful and for the most a very friendly person, however she input the wrong address on my Daca application or at least in my USCIS portal causing USPS to not to be able to deliver my work permit to my mailing address, which resulted in a major delay in me receiving my work permit. Quick timeline we submitted everything on February 29 I was approved by March 4th and my card was sent out by March 21 when my DACA expires on March 22. Now I know I renewed my work permit very close to the expiration date but USCIS did everything on timely matter. I kept on logging on to the USCIS website for updates on the tracking of the document when I noticed my address was incorrect. As soon as I noticed I called Fanny and she apologized, she stated she had submitted a case with USCIS and they were updating the address, unfortunately it was too late..USPS tried to Deliver my work permit on Saturday March 23rd but the address on the envelope was incorrect. My heart dropped as soon as I checked the tracking on Sunday seeing that they had tried to deliver it but were not able to. Just so I don't keep rambling on it is now April 3rd and my work permit is still on its way back to USCIS and I most likely lost my job because of her lack of professionalism and put the wrong address both physical and mailing are both different and both wrong ..her only reply when I spoke to her over the phone is "why didn't you renew your work permit earlier" like she really pinned her mistake on me?! I understand as humans we make mistakes but I literally trusted her with something so sensitive and she never took responsibility. Tried to reach out to her once more asking her to at least give me a refund then she stopped replying to my messages and didn't even take the opportunity to apologize for all the distress all this has brought to me. read more
