They helped me in a tight pinch because of someone painting my door without my approval and the paint got into my lock mechanism. I called them at 7pm or so they came within an hour or so. Finished replacing and freeing my door from the paint. The replacement knob is a little pricey BUT it's a great lock. Definitely not a Home Depot level but a security level. Definitely worth the price and investment. I may have them do all my door knobs. read more

Huge huge huge shout out to Sean! Literally fixed my problem from the phone and was the nicest guy ever! I live in San Diego and was working in West Hills ( Los Angeles area) and my car ignition was locked so severely that the steering wheel would not even turn!
