We did a massive property renovation during COVID. I went to Home Depot, Lowe's and everywhere in between to find kitchen countertops - most would take 6 weeks to arrive from China and be installed due to COVID slowdowns and sanctions. So we said forget that and old fashioned Googled and found Angelo's instead. Angelo's already had a gorgeous Quartz white countertop piece --- already ready, and about 30% cheaper than the conventional sellers - all in a fraction of the time at 1.5 weeks. His guys came in, measured everything, created a template, and came back to install the piece. -- The did it all in one piece (without seams), exactly as we asked, customizing even the small design at the corner. This countertop is one of the masterpieces of this kitchen! The team is so nice, courteous, and polite to work with. And they saved us and brought us the perfect solution, when we really need the work fast and the other options failed us. And Angelo's and his staff are so pleasant to talk with and work with. The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this.
