Nothing has come close to the relief I have experienced with shiatsu massage. In addition, Brian addresses balancing the full body and we are working on digestive issues. The location is in a building with other suites, which can be hard to find, but they let you know ahead of time. When I was getting ready for the massage I heard other people that worked in the building yelling down the hallway at each other which I was concerned about noise during the massage, but when the massage actually took place it was quiet and relaxing, so it wasn't an issue.
