I am changing my overall rating to 4/5 due to the hassle and frustration I originally had to deal with. That said, management and ownership did the right thing. Bad experiences (or just bad fits) can happen, but the difference between a good business and a bad one is what management and ownership do to address those issues. 5 stars to management and ownership, 5 stars to Trang, and 4 stars overall given my specific experience. I can comfortably recommend this location, as long as you are willing to speak up if you don't get what you deserve. After my first experience, I would not have considered this location in the future. I saw many reviews mentioning Jason so I wasn't sure if he had female masseuses but I found their instagram and contacted them through their website to ask, and he was quick at responding and let me know he had a few female masseuses and their availability. They were able to get me in quickly, and even offered a free essential oil for my birthday- thank you Jason! I received a massage with Trang and she was amazing. I've been having really bad back pain recently and she was genuine when asking about my pain and what I needed so she could help alleviate it, and attuned to my needs. She worked on my back for a while and really helped release the tension and tightness I was feeling. It was nice and relaxing and Trang was very sweet and worked hard on me. The location is in a building with other suites, which can be hard to find, but they let you know ahead of time. When I was getting ready for the massage I heard other people that worked in the building yelling down the hallway at each other which I was concerned about noise during the massage, but when the massage actually took place it was quiet and relaxing, so it wasn't an issue.
