Twins came in at a very reasonable price but gave me the peace of mind that my vehicle would be taken care of. I needed some exterior stainless window trim replaced that was dented during a hail storm...after getting other estimates they gave me an estimate of 35% less, and I had a few dull spots on my hood from tree sap removal i asked about and he buffed them out at no charge......Talk about over and above you can not find this level of service anymore and they actually answer the phone! If there was an option to give zero stars I would. The owner did a classic bait and switch. I dropped off my boyfriends car after an accident. He stated numerous times over the phone and upon dropping off the car that he would be waiving the deductible in order to get our business. However, On the day the car is finally ready he has his worker call me with a $375 bill. When we got to the shop to dispute this he began yelling, insulting me personally and threaten to use physical force to remove me from his office because I didn't agree with paying this bill. Basically he held our car hostage so the end result was us paying it just to get our car. The owner has a napoleon complex, he's very rude, unprofessional and a classic hot head. Do not go here unless you want to be baited and switched and verbally attacked when you disagree with his methods. The owner (Ben) is a classic bully who makes his money on intimidation and holding your car hostage. To make matters worse this bush league operation also lost our alarm device and returned it back cracked and damaged. read more

Our 2009 Camry was hit by someone when the car was in a parking lot and the driver's side mirror was destroyed. I found Twins Fox Chase Auto Body on-line and called them because they are close to my home. I spoke with Ben who was very nice and provided a reasonable quote so we went over. Upon seeing the car, Ben indicated that in addition to replacing the mirror, he could detail the car and make it look like new, and the price for this service was reasonable as well, so we said Ok. Well we picked up the car this afternoon and it looks fabulous! That car had been very dirty, plus it had some lines of red paint from the car that hit us, and all of that is now gone - without having to re-paint the car. They transformed it back into a car that looks just about show-room new. They did a LOT of work and like I said, the price was reasonable. There was no "hard-sell" - just an offer of what they could do to help us, and they certainly did. It was a pleasure working with Ben and his associate. I brought my truck in to Twins after I scraped the rear passenger quarter panel while pulling into a tight garage. Things started out very well. Ben and Mitch were great; they were very friendly, informative and honest. If I could rate just the customer service those guys provided, they would get a 10 out of 5. A few days later I dropped the truck off and came back 4 hours later to pick it up. They were going to buff the whole truck and touch up areas that needed to be touched up. I show up, and from a distance the truck looked great. I payed for the work, headed out, and that's when I started noticing things. The first thing i noticed was the floor pans were filthy; it looked like someone walked though mud and stomped all over the floor. As I was preparing to pull out, I waved to a tech in the shop thanking him, and he just looked and stared like i was an alien. When I got home, I noticed they had not buffed the top part of the bed -- almost as if I wouldn't notice. Then I started looking closer and saw that they poorly applied the touch up paint; everywhere. It looked horrible -- it was very lumpy and uneven. I am not a body technician by any stretch of the imagination and I could have done a better job with the touch up paint. They also chipped my passenger side door at the bottom rear and didn't touch that up. To make things even more interesting, they put an oil like substance all over my bumpers and tires and it looked horrible. I had never seen an ugly tire shine until then. So for the next few weeks, I will be slowly trying to fix the nasty touch up paint job and the nasty oil stuff everywhere. The buffing was ok, but there was a lot of nasty residue everywhere that somebody forgot to clean. Overall, based on work quality, I would not recommend Twins if you are looking to get similar work done to your vehicle. read more
