    '82 Honda Magna 750

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a motorcylce repair. Every aspect of the process from the first call to riding my mc home was top notch. Keith is thorough, skilled (even manufactured missing dowels), easy to communicate with, and extremely accurate and timely. Don't waste your time with others who promise and underdeliver. He did what he said, when he said (actually ahead of schedule). He even did extra stuff to make my bike run even better and he was reasonable with his prices. I had a terrific experience and my vintage '82 Honda Magna v45 runs like a champ now! I hope I never have to go anywhere else ever again.

What a truly disheartening experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment…read moreto anyone. I left feeling utterly shocked and defeated. My intention was simple: to purchase two machines for my family. Initially, a friendly sales representative greeted me, radiating warmth and professionalism. However, this pleasant encounter was abruptly overshadowed by the aggressive interruption of a potential manager whose demeanor was anything but welcoming. In that moment, I felt as if I were being treated like a criminal, simply for inquiring about the price of a machine. Yes, I am a woman who entered this business alone, and it seemed this old man believed I lacked the intelligence to handle the information I sought. To my disbelief, I was even accused of being a secret shopper, a baseless assumption that left me reeling. I thought we had moved past gender bias, but clearly, at this dealership, it remains an unfortunate reality. My plans for investing 40K elsewhere are firm; I will seek out a dealership that respects and values female customers. As I walked out, I confronted the manager, letting him know they would not see a single cent of my money. His casual wave and nonchalant goodbye were astonishing; it was as if my words carried no weight. I am not a radical feminist searching for bias in every interaction. Far from it, I am an independent woman who thrives on outdoor sports and family activities. The fact that I could not even receive a straightforward price for a machine displayed for sale is indicative of a deeply flawed business model. After leaving, I logged onto their website, where the prices were clearly displayed for all to see. Yet, when I sought to make a purchase, I was met with hostility instead of assistance. This treatment is not only unacceptable but downright appalling. If you are an independent, proud woman who does not need a man to make your purchases, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this business. And if you are a dignified man who values respect for your spouse, I also urge you to think twice before engaging with this establishment. BIG MISTAKE- headed to another dealership to buy my summer fun machines.

When I buy gear and accessories there, I'm impressed with the expertise and service orientation of the salespeople. This dealer is close to my house and I'm there a lot. We've only been once so far and it turned out ok after a few miscommunications on scheduling and…read morethe readiness of the parts needed. We have not been here before, having used a smaller place in Boulder for decades that had closed at the retirement of the wonderful owner. So then, a bit of an adjustment to a bigger place in Boulder that has also now closed. So out we went to Longmont after making arrangements by phone. It was minor service but it needed to be done. Once we straightened out who we actually were when we arrived and set up the parts needed, we could be flexible about it not getting done in one day as originally promised. They were a bit behind on work to be done ahead of us and had not told us to pay in advance for the parts needed to be set up. The bike was ready by midday the next day which is an easier pick up time for us anyway than late in the day at closing. Since it's a half hour ride to Longmont on the very busy Diagonal Highway, depending on direction and time of day, we need to plan it. I understand from staff that if this old bike ever needs work when it is not operational, they can pick it up for a fee. The price seemed fair for that service as well as the work done on this visit and everyone was polite, with a smile and the bike is now running well. In the future we will be sure to have confirmation on what, if anything, needs to be paid for in advance. That was not something we thought to ask about as our previous service facilities for the last 30 years had never asked for this arrangement.
