Within the same day Gary found the problem right away, an extremely difficult carb problem that harley doesn't have parts for. Gary had a spare carb sitting around and had it all fixed up and running perfect for a very fair price. Building the business is located is is not much but don't let it fool you. This was the result of material fatigue, the bike's age and not the Service Mechanic. Anyway I searched and searched for a new replacement cover but was unsuccessful. Eventually I spoke to the Indian Manager and co-owner, I believe (Jeff) I asked if they could help me locate the part I needed. Talk about "above and beyond service." Jeff not only obtained the exact part I needed, he gave me the replacement part, free of charge. I've never experienced this before with any dealer. I highly recommend Fort Collins Motorsports and won't take my bike to anyone else. This is my fifth motorcycle so I've had a lot of experience with Dealerships and maintenance issues.
