What I got...uneven lines, literally just got out of the shops and already dents in the paint that she didn't fix. She was going so fast and literally had me drying my hands in 2 machines and didn't give me any time to check the line work. I changed to the silver chromey paint- not chrome powder and the extreme layer of paint is crazy. This design cost me an extra $25 by the way. This set is absolutely not worth $75 total and I will never be back again- and will definitely not recommend this place.

Absolutely loved my visit! The nail art was done with so much attention to detail, and my manicure looks amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everyone was very professional.

Cheated on my normal spot because they were fully booked and regret it. Walk in appointment. Pedicure was quick. Only took 20 minutes. Lady did not file my nails and kept trying to upsell me. Basic pedi is $27 so I choose classic for $31 that comes with 7 min massage with hot stone - not worth it. Massage was definitely under 7 mins and hot stones were used for about 30 seconds. Not worth the $4 extra Sloppy base coat. Rushed 2 coats of polished not even letting the first coat dry. She messed up one nail so she had to redo it and decided not to put a base coat on that nail. Overall I could have down a better job. They advertise 20% off on yelp and Google. Mentioned it and the lady told me I had to leave a five star review to get the discount. Now I see why they have so many positive reviews. Also didn't mention the cash discount. So many other better nail salons. I won't be back.

Stumbled across this page and decided to get a pedicure because of the 20% off new customer promo. When I got there, I noticed the place was a little tight and cleanliness wasn't up to par. Anyway, when I got there it was pretty dead, but 10 minutes into my pedicure, a swarm of people came. That being said, I felt like the person doing my pedicure was rushing to get to the next customer. The entire treatment felt half-assed, and I got the deluxe package. Even when it was time to paint my toes, she had another technician jump in to finish me off so she can start on another customer. I was already frustrated because I felt like she rushed through the whole thing, then someone else had to jump in which was a male technician ... and I didn't want that. In addition, he painted my toes horribly. The owner saw my frustration and jumped in right away to redo the work and apologized. She was so kind and tried to rectify the situation ... so I gave 2 stars. read more

Went in with a vision and Hannah executed it beautifully! The service here is always so friendly! True artists at this location. They will try their hardest to make your nail inspos come to life, with a great attitude on top of it. Got awesome pedicure and manicure from Tay who was supportive , patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process even when I decided to switch colors. Atmosphere is peaceful and I definitely was able to relax. Also loved the hot stones massage. Great value- would recommend ! read more

Tight squeeze, a little dirty, and extremely accommodating. Went in on Saturday, because my regular spot was too far away and I really needed a pedicure and a fill on my nails. They took me in right away, but I had to ask them to wipe down the pedicure chair and dry it, before I sat down. The man doing my nails was nice, but he sort of rushed and I ended up with a misshapen thumb, and a thick coat of acrylic on another nail. The woman who performed my pedicure seemed angry the entire time and dug into my cuticles, with that same angry effort. The overall experience was just okay. read more

Nail tech left my toenails messy and shaped the two big toes very differently than one another for some reason (no one has ever shaped my big toenails before in my life, it was wierd). She Just had very poor technique and rushed through it. My tech ignored me when I said I had a blister on the back of my heel and rubbed it til it popped anyway. Then when I jerked away (because it hurt), she proceeded to laugh with her colleagues. Very clearly made fun of me for the remainder of the time, pointing out flaws with my skin to the others. It's very clear when someone is making fun of you, and instead of having a relaxing experience I ended up more stressed than when I entered. The salon itself is cramped and very dirty. I walked out with nail dust on me from the person sitting next to me who was getting a manicure. This place is not it. Plenty of good places in OC to choose from, but this isn't one of them. Won't be back. read more

It's last a very long time. I got my dipping powder here and last more than 3 weeks. Different person do for me each time, but they seem all good.

The room was very clean and she played some great music. I got my underarms, nape of neck and sideburns sugared. Everything was pretty easy to get through but this was the first time getting the nape of neck done. It hurt a little more than I anticipated, but reasonably so as it's course hair in a delicate area. Kat did a great job at getting all 3 services done quickly. She laughed with me through the pain of the nape sugaring which is truly what made it easier to handle. By the time we were done, she had put so much attention to detail and left my areas so smooth. I felt brand new when I looked at the nape, I had so much hair and now seeing it bare made me feel 100x more feminine. Thank you so much for your help!

As a man going in, it is much different. A lot more stress and the inuendo of me/her getting the waxing done. Lots of small talk to get our minds off the task. Not a normal event in most guy's lives, but well worth it. She was professional and I love her laugh. It lightened up what can be a sometimes painful, no so relaxing interaction. Had it been regular gel nails, maybe I wouldn't be as upset but it's due to the fact that I PAID EXTRA FOR THE GEL BUILDER TO LAST 3 WEEKS.

One of the things I look for when getting a pedicure is the cuticle work and paint job. I don't really care for the other stuff if I'm being honest. Doesn't matter how pretty it is or nice the massage is, I'm there for the polish work. The sad thing is...it seems like the city of Riverside doesn't seem to have any quality places. I have visited a few from time to time but they were not to friendly and didn't do a good job. I have been going to this salon for about 2 1/2 years. I go mostly on Sunday afternoon (@ 3pm)without an appointment, but sometimes after work about 530 or 6pm... without an appointment. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes. I love Amy but have also worked with many of the others... knowing some are new. We have to be accepting that some nail salons are owned by different nationalities...if you want 100% English speaking go to the hotels or spas and pay 3 times the fees. Today I got a full set from Hannah and she did an awesome job!! I came in not really knowing what I wanted and while I was browsing pictures on pinterest she told me she could do any of them. My nails came out beautifully everyone was complimenting me on my nails especially when Yvon did mines. I heard people complain about her telling them to relax, but I can see why she says that because it can be frustrating when clients talk move and tense up their hands.Just stay still and be chill All in all, I love my nails. I had been here before (about a year ago), but things have definitely changed. I have a very strong feeling the business has recently taken on new ownership. These women really pay close attention to detail. The floors are clean, the place where you put your feet, during a pedicure, have brand new (one time use) liners; changed after every use. I haven't been here in a long time, because I moved. I came back in town to visit a friend and took her here to get her nails done. This place is totally different, everything is new, the spa chairs are great, and they did a great job remodeling it (again). They even have coffee, tea or bottle water on the house and even sparkling wine with some of their special packages now. I had a glass or two, lol. They do a really great job here and are the most inexpensive place around town, with a regular pedicure and a gel manicure being only $36! All the girls that work here are so friendly and nice also and they really do a good job to work quickly and make sure that customers don't have to wait too long.
