I asked to get my cuticles to get taken care of, when I called to book the appointment and again when I sat down with the nail tech. I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill

I should have known I was in for a bad experience when she was too lazy to use nail polish remover to get rid of my old nail polish. When she finished, I was picking polish off my skin and she comes over to ask me why I messed them up. Had I not asked her to clean up them up again, they would look even worse. My nails weren't straight. The nail polish was uneven, the top coat didn't even cover my nails. She did not care one bit which is unfortunate because I had a great previous experience. Maybe there's only specific people you can go to... Note, this is AFTER she tried to fix my toes twice.

I like how clean it is from the get go. Luxurious vibe and aesthetic. They have 2 screens: one has scenic views from around the world and the other regular news. Luckily I sat next to the one with the scenic views. Lisa attended me right away; I got a gel x manicure. She gave me a great hand massage which was so relaxing and pleasant. She took her time to style my nails with precision. The only thing I would suggest is to have more relaxing music instead of regular generic pop music . I think having calm/ relaxing music instead of commercial pop music would make the experience more pleasant. I highly recommend this place; Lisa was great! When I reached out to her about it, the response was very rude, and I was told she would not fix them. Honestly, all that needed to happen was a simple gesture, such as offering not to charge me for a full set next time or something simple. Their prices are already on the higher side, and although I knew I was paying more than most places, I continued going because I valued the relationship and liked their work. The manager was only available on one specific day to fix the nails, and unfortunately I was unavailable that day. Instead of trying to accommodate me or work with my schedule, they were completely inflexible. Not only did they refuse to work with me, but they also made me feel unappreciated as a long-time customer. After five years of loyalty, I expected much better customer service. I will not be returning. Overpriced services with very poor customer care.

I came back to Cindy to get my lashes done and to no surprise, she did another AMAZING job. I'm a lashes extension virgin and was a little hesitant to get them done since I have pretty sensitive skin and wasn't sure how I would react to the adhesive. I'm also not the most careful person and am a regular eye rubber. However, I decided to get them done anyways and it was the best decision ever! After some discussion we decided to do a natural, but fuller look for my lashes and it turned out looking exactly like how I wished my 3 layers of mascara would make me look like on a daily basis. The whole process took about an hour and a half and was completely relaxing. I ended up falling asleep for most of it lol. Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful in so many ways! Cindy has been doing my nails and toes for about 5 years. I have followed her from salon to salon because there is no one that is so accommodating, professional, and understanding of my (and her clients') needs. Since the first time she did my nails, she's never had to ask how I like them...she remembers, does them to a tee, and let's me relax and escape the craziness of every day life. I let her choose my toe color, because she knows what I like and I can never make up my mind! She has also become someone very dear to me and I would follow her anywhere! read more

I love how professional and welcoming the staff is. The pedicures do start at a reasonable price, the woman who did my feet took her time. We were out here for a quick visit and I'm grateful how quickly they took us in. Nails were nice but there was a miscommunication on what I actually wanted, but they came out great, spent more money than I actually wanted to but that's my own fault not there's. I like trying new things so I tried these new type of nails, Gel X. I do recommend them, they are very kind and welcoming. read more
