Hello, Alishia! Absolutely! Based on what you shared, here's a Yelp review that sounds natural, balanced, and not too long: I had a great experience at Ame Nail Bar in Costa Mesa! I originally went in for a basic pedicure but decided to upgrade to the Golden Glow Pedicure, and I'm so glad I did. There were so many gel colors to choose from, and I also added a simple nail design. Before tip, my total came to $77, which I thought was reasonable for everything I got. The salon was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated being offered a drink when I arrived (I went with water). I had a small issue getting my massage chair to work at first, but it was quickly fixed, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back. I'd also recommend Ame Nail Bar to anyone looking for a clean salon with great vibes and plenty of color options!

I've been coming to this spot since it was Lululashnails, and seeing it remodeled and renamed to Ame has been so exciting. I always ask for Tiffany to do my manicure because she shapes my nails perfectly every single time, which is super important to me. She's also amazing with designs and pays so much attention to the little details, which really shows in the final result. You can tell she really cares about her work and takes pride in making sure everything looks just right. On top of that, Tiffany is honestly one of the sweetest people ever. She somehow remembers the small things about you, which makes every visit feel really personal and welcoming instead of just another appointment. If you're coming here, definitely book with Tiffany--you won't regret it!

The salon is truly a luxury experience. I got the Matcha pedicure with a gel manicure. Key did my pedicure and Amy did my manicure. It was a clean and relaxing space. They listen to everything that I wanted. A customer service experience is why I would come back and my nails came out how I wanted. They also gave me a Matcha with my pedicure experience and I thought it was so cute. I can't recommend this place enough.

I love my nails! They came out even better than the inspiration picture. My nails were done by Vani. She was so patient, and her attention to detail is incredible. She is so talented. The rest of the staff was so kind as well. I would highly recommend this salon!

Writing a negative review honestly is something I don't do often, but I really had the worst experience here. I came in on Saturday and paid $150 for a full Gel X set and a pedicure. By Monday, not even 48 hours later, my nails were already chipping, lifting, and falling off. (Look at the pictures!!) Gel X is supposed to last weeks and they lasted less than two days. When I returned to address it, the manager was absent and I was handed a phone number to call, she ignored my call and texted me "can I call you later" like that was a reasonable response to an unhappy customer... We went back and forth for a few hours, and on the phone she kept trying to gaslight me that this "never happens," and they "need to talk to the nail tech because this never ever happens." So she obviously didn't believe me and the pictures I sent her. Then being lowballed with a $50 refund on a $75 service that they themselves confirmed cost $75. She had the nerve to call the $50 a "one-time courtesy" and a "final resolution." A courtesy would have been a full refund issued when I went back in person to show them my nails. Instead I had to argue for a few hours just to get a partial one. I'll add a note in response to the owner below - she never disclosed the partial amount, as we discussed on the phone that I did not want a refund on the pedicure portion, but I do want full refund on the gel x portion and she said "yes I understand". Also their "policy" of only partial refund for dissatisfied customers and poor service is not disclosed anywhere. Sounds like it's a made up policy to scam their customers. They did offer to fix my nails at no cost, as if I would want to waste my time and trust them to do my nails again. Lol. This place does not do quality work, is expensive, does not know how to handle a dissatisfied customer, and clearly prioritizes avoiding accountability over doing right by the people spending their money here. The way this entire situation was handled was so unprofessional and honestly really insulting. Truly, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

We had two gel x manicures and they did a fabulous job! They were able to recreate the exact photos we found online. Very professional and a really relaxing atmosphere. Clean and professional!

Got my nails done by Tiffany here and she was so kind! The environment was super friendly and they came out exactly how I wanted down to the shape!

She was able to replicate my reference photo like a dream, and they came out SO cute, genuinely one of my favorite sets of nails ever. I found this spot on yelp and wasn't sure what to expect as there were no photos of the inside. But it had glowing reviews so I tried it. The ambiance and space was clean, with an uncluttered stylish interior that was comfortable, fresh and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I got a pedicure and it was pretty immaculate when finished. The massage portion was heavily. I will definitely be returning. read more

So Sorry It Took Me This Long - They Deserve All the Stars! I'm honestly embarrassed it took me almost a month to write this review, because the service and quality I received at AME Nail Bar were truly exceptional. Ivy did my manicure and Kathy did my pedicure--and I couldn't have been more impressed with both. My nails were breathtaking. Ivy created the most elegant red French tips over a soft nude base, and added these delicate gold accents that were absolutely mesmerizing. They caught the light in the prettiest way, and I truly couldn't stop admiring them--little details that made the whole look feel luxurious, artistic, and so me. And the best part? They lasted four full weeks with no chips, no lifting--just beautifully grown-out perfection. The pedicure, done by Kathy, was equally beautiful with dainty red floral art on my big toes. It held up well, though I trimmed them down eventually so the design is no longer visible (that was on me!). The whole experience felt special. They offered complimentary champagne during the service, and Kathy even gave me a few packets of lotion to take home--I don't know if that's something they always include, but it was such a thoughtful little gift and I really appreciated it. From the atmosphere to the artistry and warm service, AME Nail Bar is a gem. If you want gorgeous, long-lasting nails and a little pampering along the way, go see Ivy and Kathy. You won't be disappointed--I'm still in love with how everything turned out! read more

The room was very clean and she played some great music. I got my underarms, nape of neck and sideburns sugared. Everything was pretty easy to get through but this was the first time getting the nape of neck done. It hurt a little more than I anticipated, but reasonably so as it's course hair in a delicate area. Kat did a great job at getting all 3 services done quickly. She laughed with me through the pain of the nape sugaring which is truly what made it easier to handle. By the time we were done, she had put so much attention to detail and left my areas so smooth. I felt brand new when I looked at the nape, I had so much hair and now seeing it bare made me feel 100x more feminine. Thank you so much for your help!

Not a normal event in most guy's lives, but well worth it. She was professional and I love her laugh. It lightened up what can be a sometimes painful, no so relaxing interaction. During the pedicure he agreed that I didn't have calluses. Every color I picked from the OPI binder they didn't have. It took three attempts to get a color they actually had. The shape of my nails turned out nice but the gel was very lumpy and that was what upset me the most. Either the staff did a poor job or the polish was not good.

I booked a regular mani-pedi for $58 and clearly informed the staff that I didn't want any nail polish--just a simple buff for shine. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I only received a basic cuticle trim, and no one followed up to complete the buffing as requested. I even had to call back to have the manicurist finish the service. Communication was a major issue - most of the staff didn't speak English, and even simple requests led to confusion. To top it off, I was charged $71 for this incomplete, basic service--and after leaving a tip, my total came to $81, far above the originally quoted price. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was how the manicurists spoke over me in another language throughout the appointment. There was no effort to include or acknowledge me, which made me feel like an unwelcome presence in someone else's conversation. Overall, I left feeling - dismissed - overcharged - ignored I won't be returning. Charging $71 for a cuticle trim without even including nail polish is outrageous! read more

I am so annoyed. I went to Nina yesterday for a Gel X manicure. Paid $77 which is already on the pricey side. By that evening one of my nails broke. I go in the next morning to fix my nail. Rushing before work. Then I come to work and guess what happens!? Another nail breaks.! Okay now I'm annoyed. I call the business and they tell me to go back to fix it. Like what I'm just go na come everyday I have things to do. I ask for a refund and the lady says they can't give refunds bit ofcourse they can charge me for bad work right!?.
