genuinely the best. i've been coming here for about a year now and have no plans to stop. i'm an auburn student and when im home i miss being able to get my nails done here. when my mom is in town, she makes time to get a manicure here. during recruitment my sophomore year, i had gotten my nails done elsewhere and one of them pop off. i was desperate and came in asking if they could help at all- even gluing the nail back on for me. they spent time perfectly matching the gel polish color and redoing my loose nails, and did not make me feel silly or ridiculous for needing 20% of a gel manicure. they're kind and i love that it always has local women despite being so near campus-i absolutely swear by pro nails! i could only find one picture of a manicure but here it is! i asked for short white almond with chrome and they were perfect. read more

I've been going to Pro Nail for five years now because the services are modern, the equipment is very clean and the service is great. I travel a lot, get nail and spa services done all over the US, and Helen at Pro Nail is the best nail tech ever. And if you have some extra time, see if Ann can give you a facial - it's heaven! I alternate between regular manicures and gel manicures, plus spa pedicures. Their polish selection is huge - and they carry the FULL gel polish lines for OPI, CND Shellac and Gelish. **I have not ever seen that anywhere else. EVER.** As for pedicures, the one with the hot stones is amazing. This place can get really busy, so an appointment may not be necessary definitely helps. read more

I went with my friends to get a pedi and mani and the service and quality was terrible. My friend ask for long nails and they cut them short and when we had paid and left I had to return twice because my "gel" nail polish have had fallen as soon as I was walking out when I returned and asked to get it fixed the guy said " oh it's bc that wasn't gel it was the normal nail polish" after I had asked and I paid for gel. My friends have always recommended me to this nail salon and I tried it for the first time. I will not be returning ever again. I asked for dip and was not pleased with how chunky and uneven they were. I pointed out to the lady that my nails were crooked and she said it was my nails that were the problem and asked if I had ever gotten dip powder. I told her yes I have for 3 years now and have never seen anything like my nails. They repeatedly made me feel stupid when I knew what I was talking about. I will not ever return to this nail salon. I made an appointment for a manicure/pedicure with tips on my nails and gel on my toes. I came for my appointment early, not thinking I would be seen immediately as it was not my appointment time. Multiple people who entered the salon without an appointment after I had entered were seen almost immediately. After waiting for over half an hour, and my appointment time had passed, I left the salon and made an appointment for the next day while informing them I would have a tight time frame. I returned the next day at my appointment time and was seated immediately. I waited for 10 minutes before the water for my pedicure was turned on. Two people walked in while I was sitting, and almost immediately, nail techs started their pedicure and manicure. I waited another 10 minutes before informing the nail tech beside me that I could not wait any longer and had to leave. I was told to dry my feet off by myself, and while doing this, someone came over and told me they could start right then. When I informed her I only had about 40 minutes before I had to leave, she said they couldn't do what I had asked for in 40 minutes. I reminded her that is why I had made an appointment. Every nail salon I have ever made an appointment for make sure they have a nail tech available when an appointment enters, or have one within 10 minutes. I paid over $100 at this place. I was unsatisfied with my nails, I asked before they started doing my nails if they were able to do ombré they lady told me yes. As the other lady started my nails I'm realizing she doesn't know what she's doing and I stated multiple time I didn't like them but she said she'll fix it. Once I told her she wasn't doing them how I like she had the other lady come over. I paid for my service and went out to my car to call my sister she told me to go back and have them fix it. When I went back I said "I'm sorry but I don't like them can you fix it" the first the the lady said was I'm not returning your money. I never asked them to. Then she told me she wasn't going to waste her time on me I asked for the owners number and she told me she didn't know and wasn't going to give it to me. I've been to this place twice, once for a manicure/pedicure and the other for an eyebrow wax. The manicure/pedicure was pretty average. You could definitely tell the manicurists/pedicurists were talking about you in a foreign language and didn't really try to hide it from you. I DO NOT recommend getting an eyebrow wax here, especially if your skin is even remotely sensitive! I've always thought my skin was average or maybe slightly sensitive, but nothing crazy. Within a day of my wax, the entire area above my eyebrows broke out. In the end the waxing itself was not worth the aftermath. read more

I have gotten almost every service from Pro Nails. They are great, fast, expert technicians and wonderful people. They are very busy but so well managed that I don't have to wait, even if I walk in. Their prices are great, they even do facials and hot stone pedicures (AMAZING). They pay attention to every detail and remember you on your next visit. If you change your mind they will start over until you are satisfied (that crackle nail polish is not for everybody). This is a wonderful Vietnamese American family. They speak english and Vietnamese but they do NOT use Vietnamese to talk about customers. All people use language we are comfortable with. I mentioned that I was having surgery and Helen and Ann brought me soup. They do these types of visits on Sunday, their only day "off". read more

I adore this nail sail. I used to got to Pretty Please in downtown Auburn, but those women treated me rather standoffish once they couldn't sell me on gel nails. I found Pro Nails online and the first time I went I was hooked. The staff is very kind and I have never experienced the feeling that they are talking about me. They have a wonderful selection of nail polish including gel (even though I don't use it). Also, occasionally one of the owners comes by and gives free water to the customers. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed as well as my lip and it went well with no after effects. Prices are very reasonable, but the best is the staff. The salon was nice, but the service was very slow. I was in the salon for 2.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure. My technician (too bad I don't remember her name) did a very poor job on my nails. rarely if ever leave negative reviews about businesses because I can't stand nit-picky people but in this case I wanted to share because I'm particularly unhappy with the customer service of this business. I came in JUST to get dip powder I'd had on for a month removed (aka there was barely any dip left on my nails) and since I've gotten mine done here a few different times and they're literally right next to my apt complex I figured they would have no problem helping me. However, they were rude stating that "they already closed the register and could not help me" whenever there was clearly a couple customers still inside AND their hours on google are posted until 8 pm- it was 7:15 pm when I walked in. I asked if they seriously were unwilling to just quickly remove it for me, was even prepared to pay extra but they repeatedly told me sorry but no. It takes 5/10 mins tops to remove dip powder. They were unapologetic and unhelpful. Then had the audacity to lock the door as soon as I walked out WITH CUSTOMERS CLEARLY STILL INSIDE. Will not be coming back to get my nails done here, customer appreciation/satisfaction is clearly not a priority to them. They seemed genuinely bothered by the fact that I even walked in as no one asked me how they could help me and just stared at me as I stood there like "umm hello?" and in fact to make things even better the manager himself paid me no attention when I walked in the door and had to be told by an employee to REMOVE HIS HEADPHONES AND ASK WHAT I NEEDED. Overall just not how a business should be run or how customers desire to be treated. Not much to ask and just find it inconsiderate that I then had to drive all the way across town to have something done that would have taken just a minute of their time. read more

Absolutely love this place but my last time wasn't the greatest. The girl cut my skin above the cuticle and as it bled she continued to wipe it with alcohol. Then she cut me with a nail file and it was honestly frustrating. On top of that I told her I didn't want my nailes filed, I only wanted them rounded which I said clearly. I look down and she had filed off almost all of the nail that grew out. I had been working so hard and even talked about how I had been working on them growing out and she ruined them. I hate the shape of my nail and I literally cried when I get home. I ABSOLUTELY love this place, but I'll make sure I don't get the same girl again. read more

i've been a loyal customer here for my acrylics for almost two years now. i've always been happy with them, with the exception of the older man who usually doesn't give me what i ask for but nevertheless still does quality work. i went in today with issues with my two pointer fingers (one broken, one lifting). i was pressed for time and didn't have time for a full set. i was seated with the younger man and he was insisting i get a new set. i understand i'm due for one and that that's more money for them, but i politely explained i did not have time. he continued to insist i got a new set so i decided to come back at a later time and asked him to take my set off instead. he proceeded to hurt me and rip off some of my nails. he left them a complete mess and didn't even completely take some off. and then even proceeded to THROW my receipt at me after i paid him his $10. completely appalled at his behavior toward someone that's been coming in consistently for years. read more
