Usually love coming here but my last experience today was awful. I came in for a dip manicure. The last place I went to put gel over dip, so I wanted to have it removed and start fresh. The nail tech seemed rushed and insisted I put gel over my existing dip. She didn't clip cuticles, wanted to put one coat on and call it a day. I went here on a Sunday because my usual nail place was closed. I called them from the parking lot to find out they were accepting walk-ins. Much to my surprise, they did. I walked in and the place looked nicely renovated, bright and clean. Helen greeted me and asked me to pick a color. And I was later greeted by a nice lady who did my toes. The wait time for under 5 mins, must have been my lucky day especially when you are a walk-in on a Sunday! Khanh was wonderful, she was friendly, polite and did a great job with my neglected feet. She made them look pretty and I am happy with service Pro-nails provided. I remember I have been here once several moons ago, it was a small space and extremely loud back in the day. December 12, 2020 I got a dip manicure from Pro Nails Salon. The nail technician did not know what she was doing? My dip nail cure was not done correctly and the color was incorrect. The Pro Nail Salon was about to close for the evening. The owner told me come back tomorrow and she had the nerve to ask me to pay for a service that was not done correctly. I paid not start any commotion. December 13, 2020 I arrived at Pro Nails to have my dip manicure redone. The technician did not remove the dip manicure completely. The nail technician removed a portion and applied dip over the remaining old dip. Also, the dip color I selected didn't match the number I selected. January 8, 2020 I thought I would give Pro Nails Salon another try. I got dip manicure it took the technician 45-50 minutes to remove the dip manicure from my nails. After the technician applied my dip manicure I informed the technician that this was not the color I selected. She informed Helen the owner. Helen stated that the colors on nail color samples were two years old. I told the technician that I would keep the dip manicure color that was applied. When I got home I noticed that my dip nail polish was chipping. After my last experience I decided not to return to Pro Nails Salon. I want to mention Helen only does certain customers nails. She will have you wait until someone else is available to serve you. On January 20, 2020 I had to get my dip manicure redone at another salon. My dip manicure is awesome. I am a happy customer. I will never go back to Pro Nails Salon. Customer beware don't go to Pro Nails Salon. Pro Nails has the nerve to expand the nail salon to continue to give unacceptable nail service. read more

I went there for a refill I had to go back 3 times during the week, the two nails I got replaced fell out and the remaining started lifting, the girl that did the bad job on me came to me while I was getting my nails fixed and stated: " you just want to get your nails done for free". how rude? what happened to the customers is always right, and customer service. 3 times in the same week I had to waste time going back, her apology to me was I want free service. it's a cute place but I will never go back there again poor service. read more

I had high hopes when I walked into Pro Nails, having been to over a dozen nail salons before. However, my experience turned out to be the worst one yet. I requested a simple light pink, but was asked to show a photo reference, which I had not prepared. I quickly pulled up a photo and was satisfied with the color I received. However, as the nail technician started working on my nails, I realized they were being done poorly. Although they claimed it was due to my natural nails, I have never had this problem before at other salons. At my usual salon, Ruby Nails in Easton, I have never hesitated to speak up and request changes, but at Pro Nails, when I tried to do so, my requests were ignored. They even went so far as to say that my fingers were too fat for the style I wanted and that I was complaining too much. The more I asked for specific changes, the tighter they gripped my nails, making me feel nervous and even causing me to cry. To add to that, as I was asking for a certain nail to be filed more, they told me that "you're a pretty girl, but you complain too much and are too picky" and continue to say that they hate "those types of girls." As I left the salon, I was completely outraged and shaking. Even worse, when I went to pay, they charged me $55 instead of the $45 listed on their website for dip nails, claiming that more filing meant more money. I have never heard of such a practice and felt completely taken advantage of. I am writing this still upset and crying, urging others to think twice before going to this salon. read more

Went here today and I had Wendy as my nail technician and she did an amazing job. She took her time and helped me pick out what type of nail to get as well, told me the pros and cons of each. I'm very picky when people do my nail. I had a dip powder. She also made sure I was happy with length and shape before adding the color which I chose. I will definitely be going back to have Wendy do my nails again and would recommend her to anyone. read more

I'm still sort of in shock. I made an appt for a manicure and pedicure. I know sometimes the technician's English isn't so great, but this went above and beyond not being able to communicate, I was wearing glitter polish on my fingernails, and she handed me a cotton swab with nail polish remover to take off the nail polish myself as I was sitting in the chair getting my pedicure. Needless to say, I didn't enjoy the pedicure because I had to focus on taking my own nail polish off. And to add insult to injury, she got upset when I was taking it off because she said the manager would get mad since I was resting my hand on the chair to do so, and the nail polish remover was dripping. So I had to take off the nail polish using my thigh while I was getting the pedicure, and the manager even looked over a few times and didn't say a word. Then when I was having the manicure, she said, "Why don't you get your nails done?" Well, because it's expensive and I know my nails looked horrible, but I was trying to treat myself and she totally ruined it all for me. I wouldn't even give one star but I had no choice. read more

Very nice people, so I'll give a star for that. Othar than that, I basically to tell the lady who did my pedicure what to do. She followed directions pretty good tho. Very expensive! I got gel, just my nails, which I know is more than regular polish, and it chipped that same day which had me livid cuz I spent so much on it. Not a fan of nail companies charging so much just to put polish on your nails, no art skills or anything. They probably don't realize the competition out there, but they definitely need to up their game. Until then, I'll save money and do my own nails. read more

I went yesterday with two friends for mani/pedis. I made the appointment several days in advance. We started our pedi soak at the appointment time, but then soaked for 45 minutes while they worked on other customers. During my pedi, the tech let the water overflow, and it soaked my shoes and two of our purses. They didn't apologize or offer us any towels to dry off our stuff, or even a plastic bag for my dripping shoes. I had to go to Marshall's next door to buy new shoes. My friends got manis, and neither were happy with them. The service was terrible, and the customer service around the water overflow was non-existent. Lee, at Pro Nails has been doing gel nails for me for years!! She always provides excellent customer service, not only to me but every customer she interacts with. She is a perfectionist about making sure the nails are consistent in length too. I am forever receiving compliments on my nails with people asking me where I get them done!! I usually go to Mya Nails but my sister had a gift certificate here and I decided to get a mani with her. Worst manicure ever. Not only did the guy jack up my cuticles (they look 10 times worse than if I had done nothing) but they were bleeding! He cut way too much. They have been sore all day. That and he filed unevenly, only massaged one hand and altogether seemed careless of what he was doing. I almost didn't pay but I didn't want to ruin my sisters time. I took my 91 year old grandma here for manicures for her birthday (gel for me, regular for her). The staff were super accommodating and friendly, we had a great time. The manicures honestly average, but I don't have any complaints about them. After our manicures we went next door to go shopping & my grandma accidentally smudged a few of her nails. We went back next door to see if they would fix the smudges to find the girls locking up for the night. One of the employees, Jade, was SO nice and actually reopened the salon to fix my grandma's nails free of charge. It meant so much to me that they did that and were amazingly patient with her. I've been here a few times. The first couple times, they were pretty good. They did a decent mani pedi and my nails looked good and lasted a good amount of time. However, the last couple times I've been have been a completely different experience. I think it depends on the person you get. I went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure 2 days ago and it was awful. After my pedicure, I still had a callus and dead skin on my feet. As for the manicure, the lady told me she didn't like the color i picked (rude) and that I should get a french instead, which is obviously more expensive. I decided to get the french since apparently my color was ugly. She did an awful job. Every single one is crooked and doesn't cover the entire tip of the nail. It looks like I attempted it myself. Now, it's TWO DAYS later and my GEL manicure is peeling... Isn't that stuff supposed to last two weeks?? That's a waste of $55... On top of that, they're stuff is definitely out dated. The massage chair I was sitting in was broken. Definitely not rushing back here any time soon. read more

DO NOT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT! If you have natural nails. I called and scheduled an appointment for my husband and I. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment the manager Helen was giving another customer a pedicure and said she had made a mistake scheduling the appointment. She said she was sorry. She said she could take me if I waited for 20 minutes while she finished the pedicure. I waited Helen filed my nails and passed me on to another manicurist in the salon, to polish my nails. She then took another customer that wanted a more expensive service. When my husband arrived on time he had to wait 20 minutes. Yesterday I called to schedule an appointment with Helen. When I arrived today 10 minutes early for the appointment, Helen was giving a customer a pedicure. When it was time for my manicure she came over to me and asked me if I could wait for 30 minutes because she had scheduled my appointment for 11:30 instead of 11:00. I told her that was not correct because I specifically confirmed the scheduled time with her over the phone so that what previously happened at the last appointment would not happen again. BUT IT DID!!!!!!! The salon does the bait and switch and attempts to think that your time is not valuable, or in my case if you are simply having a natural nails manicure, SHE MAKES MORE $$$$$$$ doing artificial nail services! I have been to many nail salons and Pro Nails is by far the best I have found. The salon is very clean and relaxing. The manicurists are all extremely friendly and polite and willing to accommodate any request. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and I never feel rushed. I usually see Janet, but when she has been unavailable I have seen several other of the manicurists, and they are all wonderful. My gel manicure always lasts a full two weeks and I am never less than thrilled when I leave. I went through every nail salon on Washington St in Canton, not very happy for one reason or another, then I tried Pro Nails next to Marshall's in Cobb's Corner and finally hit the jackpot. They took me as a walk in, super nice people, and the nails lasted me forever, they did such an awesome job, I could not believe I did not break, chip or damage any nails at all, that was a first for me! This place is awesome. I have got my nails/toes done since I was a kid- it was something my mother, sister and I did. You feel pretty when you leave, and it's ironic to say- but I find it somewhat therapeutic. We bounced all over trying to find reasonable places, and salons close by that we felt comfortable in. We started at Pro Nails when it opened and never left. We go on a monthly basis, sometimes more. Every person you have- is good. It's clean, friendly, perfect location for errands. I thoroughly enjoy getting my nails/toes done and feel like each and every person there wants to do a good job and succeeds. They are extremely accommodating and remember you.
