I came in on a Thursday and the receptionist was able to get me an appointment to save my nails! I got a pretty bad set done at another salon and I needed to get my nails done before a wedding on Sunday. My nail tech was Wendy and she was fantastic! First time trying out this place and I very much enjoyed it. I got a lavender pedicure with my fiancé and it was one of the best pedicures.

today is one week since I got a $60 french dip manicure. the way the nail tech did it was very strange and not like other salons. exactly 7 days later and 2 of the nails are chipped/ broken. dip always lasts me at least 3 weeks and i've never even had a dip manicure chip. would never come here again. salon also looks dingy, especially for a newer salon and they use the blue sterile bag as holders for their used tools and heavily used nail files. read more

I'm local resident, stop in on Saturday prior to Mother's Day and paid my wife's and her mother to enjoy nice mani and pedi day on Mother's Day. The front desk person gives me a an appointment for 1pm. Well they arrive on their appointment about 10 mins earlier. I received a call from my wife saying the front desk person says they have no appointment scheduled. I speak to front desk manager , she tells me that she gave my paid appointment to regular customer. Who walked in, that is nothing she can do for them. Just as an FYI, I am male! I stopped in to Envy Nail Spa in Stop & Shop plaza, Stoughton, Friday afternoon and the young lady at the counter was busy so I grabbed a price card . I later contacted them via Messenger to ask for an appointment for their $30 "standard pedi" and asked why a "Gentlemen's Pedi" is $35.00, figuring this was similar to a "Spa Pedi" that usually offers more service. You are not going to believe the chauvinistic response I received, which is copied and pasted directly below this paragraph. Though the response was well written, the saying, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig", is probably a good metaphor (my apologies to any pigs reading this). "The standard pedi is targeted towards the female population. The gentleman Pedi is prioritize for the male population. Males require extra attention and care for their feet as they do not maintain their feet regularly compared to females, therefore extra works and prepping is necessary. For instance, meticulously callus removal, cuticles treatment and other further attention is needed. I hope this help and if you require further assistance please feel free to ask." Now, I have been getting pedicures for many years, and know several men who do as well, none of whom can be classified as less clean or caring for themselves then women. I also know of women who are not as "clean and caring" as men, only getting a pedi when absolutely necessary. To group all men as needing "extra work and prepping" is not just terrible, it's foolish. The reason for my leaving the place I was going to is because my pedicurist that I was comfortable with had left, and they are literally up the street from Envy and charge $28.00, women or men, for a very nice pedi, which included clipping, cuticles, callus work, polish and hot stone leg and foot massage. I found another place, also up the street, same town, that charged me $30 and, to be honest, with the attention to detail provided, I was actually concerned they were going to charge for their "spa pedi", at $40, but nope. The lady who is always at the front desk is so rude she normally has blonde hair *hint hint*. Customer service skills are absolutely horrible. I went for a walk-in which it says they do on the front door and she turned me down without any reason and she was extremely rude about it. Since June, when they reopened and the first time I went the front door said cash only on it, tell me why 5 months later they're still accepting cash only! Probably not even a legit business! I got my nails done on Sunday. I walked in and asked for dip with tips. The lady proceeds to tell me that she would give me acrylic with no extra which ended up being a lie but my bill came up to $168 for two pedis, one horrible manicure, and my acrylic nails that I didn't ask for. The experience was fine and I left happy. However the happiness quickly faded once I learned that my nails weren't cured completely and one nail had lifted after three days. I went back for a refund and she offered to fix it, but why would I get my nails done again for them to fall off again. The front lady tried to be professional but caught an attitude after I refused her technicians to fix the nails. So I said thank you and went on my way. I have a normal salon but they were closed on Sunday and I really needed my nails done and I was better off doing my nails from home ! i have a air bubble on my nail that literally has polish coming out of it ! My nail chipped and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet my nails aren't even shaped the same ! I visited the salon because my close friend loved it. I went for a green tea pedicure (that sounded like the gentlest) and my operator was Wendy. She didn't tell me her name (I had to ask the manager), and she cut my nails really close on the first foot and filed the skin on some of the toes until I said they were too short so the second foot was better. Unfortunately, the massage was done with the exfoliating gel and hurt like hell. Never saw that before. Usually it would be with the moisturizing cream or an oil. I think I lost half the skin on the top of my feet and shins. I kept thinking she would stop soon and then do the massage with the oil. Nope. That was it. If I go back I will ask about the technique and for someone other than Wendy. Kevin has gotten good reviews. read more

The place is beautiful and well kept. However my experience was not what I anticipated. The nail tech seemed as though she was in a rush. Didn't ask whether I wanted my nails trimmed. Washed my feet then went back to cutting my nails. She painted my nails and then proceeded to shape and trim my cuticles several times. She was extremely rough and I didn't feel as though I was there to relax. The job was not done well. I complained and apparently it wasn't of their concern. I will not return. I have been to Envy nail salon several times. If you are going for just a pedicure they do a great job, however, if you need any type of nail style I have had nothing but horrible experiences. I booked a full set with dip and the technician took close to 3 hours and they came out all bumpy and thick. The owner of the salon came over and said they looked fine, which they were not.Another technician took over to fix my nails and even though they were better they still did not come out good. Before leaving I was told that I should ask for the 2nd technician next time since the other one didn't have experience with dip. Isn't that the purpose of making an appointment so you get placed with someone that know what you requested? People I know have even commented on my nails how bad they look and look like I did them myself. read more

I recently visited for the first time and it's very gorgeous inside, clean, and the service was on point. I was offered water and no time was wasted to get in and out. My only negative is the pricing. It may be hard for this owner to last in this neighborhood at that price point since the local competition offers similar service for less. From start to finish, my pedicure was so relaxing. My gel manicure was quick and efficient and the results speak for themselves. Just a bit pricier than other places in the area, but considering the level of service (and the fact that they are open on Sundays) I feel that it's absolutely worth it. I was thrilled when my sister introduced me to Envy nails and spa. The location is really great and the setting is excellent. Wonderfully clean and relaxing! I've been going there now for several months, and each time I visit, I continue to be impressed with the quality of work. I've been working with a couple of different nail technicians, and each time my nails have come out perfect and just the way I've asked them to do them. I've gone from square nails to coffin shape with different colors and lengths, and regardless of what I ask for, they look terrific. My first time there I got a full set of gel acrylic nails which were beautiful. I went back for a fill and they tried to charge me for another full set. According to their price menu it was $30. Three of the employees said that the price menu was incorrect and that it was $40. They said the manager wasn't there at that time. After some discussion I paid the $40 and said i wouldn't be back. The woman who did my nails followed me into the parking lot, grabbed my arm and tried to give me my tip back. I couldn't believe it. If all of your pricing menus are incorrect why have them? Make sure you aren't in a rush so you can sit back and relax while they do your nails. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place looks beautiful and is kept clean but the services are absolutely awful. I came in for a dip powder set, which usually costs me about $35 at my usual place (here it cost $55). The nail tech not only drilled my nails done to their cores but also severely messed up the shape and style as well. Every step of the way, I felt like I had to guide the girl through it. The next day, two of my nails broke, leaving me with half of the nail bed gone. I'm so disappointed and hate to write a bad review, but my cuticles are still cut up and my nails barely lasted two days:( read more
