I went there today with my mom who's in a w/c they were so great! Very nice accommodating and professional. They did a great job on both of our manicures and pedicures , I will definitely be back! Best salon in the area I've tried so far!

Everyone was super nice but they had to change my color three times because it wasn't showing well, after that I asked them to just do white toes. She just put them over the green color, so you can see green tints under the white and after she didn't clean up the sides.

I would highly recommend this nail spa! I was in the area so I swung through without an appointment. They were so prompt and accommodating about squeezing me in. Everyone here is very polite and professional. The work is very meticulous, and I really liked the chill atmosphere. The manicure stations are actually at a bar so it's fun to see people actually just chatting and enjoying the experience. I found the prices pretty affordable. I got a manicure and pedicure for $35. They had a great variety of colors from the OPI brand. I'm very indecisive so I used the waiting time well for picking a color. They also have water, coffee and tea available! Overall great experience!

I got my eyelashes done and a week later my own eyelashes are falling out with the fake ones. The lash tech in the salon claimed that she was the "manager" and the "owner" of the salon which I know is a lie. After I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. she is extremely unprofessional and should not be working there. She claims she has a license to do lashes but I'd like to see it because she was horrible. I do not recommend them AT ALL. Not even for nails they are just overall very bad and shouldn't be in business.

Wow !!! I cannot recommend DIAMOND NAILS enough. Today is my first time visiting and I have found my happy place!!! It's so clean and LuHuan's gentile and thoughtful care was exceptional. Although walk-ins are welcome, I would highly recommend making an appointment as they are in high demand. Great cozy pedicure chairs and a fun nail bar. Well worth the drive. If you want to be pampered, this is the place.

Never been to this place before. But people around town talk about it. Definitely was not impressed at all actually extremely disappointed. Went in for a simple pedicure and Black french dip... I was there for three hours paid $100 to have shitty nails... as you can see from my pictures my nails are smudged. And there's black dots everywhere..I will never again go to diamond nails for dip manicure and let's not get me started on my toes.

I will never be going back to this salon again. ESPECIALLY NOT SALLY!!!!! She had no idea what she's doing. She can't even do a simple manicure. This is their attempt at "fixing" my gel manicure that I got 2 DAYS AGO. It was peeling and chipping! Sally didn't do over all the nails (which they all looked terrible, you can see my pinky hasn't been touched on my left hand and only the thumb and index finger was repainted on the right hand.) now the color looks off. And my nails look bad! NEVER GETTING MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!

This was hands down the best pedicure experience I have ever had. My friend and I walked in without an appointment and they were so accommodating. We had Tina and she was amazing. She talked and joked with us the whole time. The pedicure chairs are so comfy and relaxing. I will forever go to this place. 1/11/16 update: this place is literally the only place you should go to get your nails done. The staff is so friendly and willing to accommodate. I made a last minute appointment and they were able to take care of me. Sally was extremely thorough with my nails and really took the time to make them perfect.

Best nail salon!! The nail techs are so nice, professional and talented. I have been going here for 8 years. Just started getting gel builder on my hands and my nails are so strong and always shaped so nicely. Excellent place to get nail art and quality pedicures. I've never seen a Cat's Eye Mani before! Thx to my daughter for finding the salon!!! The salon is modern, clean and has an enormous selection of gel polishes. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the process...apparently I'm wayyyyy behind the times! The woman next to us was having a Halloween themed mani and it was SO detailed. I'd have taken pics, but that would have been weird. But, take my word, the artwork was amazing!!! I wish our salons back home were this talented. read more

Loved my nails but extremely overpriced. I got my two daughter's and I nails done. Was charged $306 dollars for 3 full sets with French gel polish. Is this the going price nowadays or is this highway robbery? read more

Used to be a frequent customer there, but they got so so very expensive and overpriced. I just called to see if they do gel x they do when it's $80 most places charge $55 to go $65 who has $80 to spend for them. I think they purposely set the prices higher so they can have more money for themselves. The prices are extremely high. I won't be going back. I haven't for almost a year. I've gone someplace else. They do good work but expensive. read more

Excellent service every visit! I love coming here as a matter of fact I've been coming here for years...Im well behind in my review. Very friendly, efficient staff, helpful in guiding clients to available service's and reasonably priced. Excellent location in Stoughton center with great street parking. I brought my mom here consistently before she passed away and they were so kind to her. My mother had challenging toe nails which over time were corrected with consistent manicures. I now bring a sister, so it's spa treatment for us with every visit. This establishment is very clean, conscientious to the needs of each client, humble and appreciative. Came in to get a pedicure see for myself what is all the hype about this place and why it has 5 starts but I was kind of disappointed. The staff it's wonderful, they're all very nice and attentive so that it's 5 stars but the seat was very uncomfortable worn out and made my hip cramped from not being able to pull my hip area back. It was a little better after she took the cushion out of the back but then I can feel the soak boarder area on the back of my leg and had to move a little forward. The girl was nice and washed my feet's really good and massage but that's about it cause the skin on heels still feels the same not any smoother. They don't seem to use any of the sanding exfoliating filers they use at other places. Not sure if I will return again. read more

I hate to day this because the girl was really sweet but was the worst manicure I've had, they have you hold you arms up on a bar which hurt my neck, it was a hot muggy day and they had no air on I had to ask. They don't soak your hands or massage them and I had so much polish on my fingers , you want to comfortable and Pampered and I felt neither and all that for $25! Never again read more

In reality, I give them closer to 2.5 stars. The people here are very nice but I think they're a bit over priced compared to other salons with similar quality service. I used to be open to paying more out of convenience since I live 5 minutes away. After my last experience though, I probably won't be returning. I went in for a dip manicure and gel pedicure -- I picked the color for my hands off of the color wheel/ring and what I assumed was a foggy sort of top coat turned out to be a design that was $15 extra -- $15 extra for them to carve swirls into my nails. I would've been fine to pay that, however, that is something that should've been disclosed a head of time, especially since the color was on the ring and didn't stand out like any sort of design. When the price came up, the woman saw the surprise on my face and gave me some sort of excuse about how they already applied a discount but she believes they should be more forthcoming about the cost, but they also don't want any to insult people by telling them the price -- what? Lol. It was confusing and annoying to listen to because the reality is, they should just be more forthcoming. I would've been willing to overlook all of this except nails that I pointed out were not even never got fixed and today when I went to wipe off what I thought were specks of my make up, I realized there are specks of dirt or something else on my nails that got painted over. Nearly $70, they should be prefect, and they aren't. read more

The only reason I came here during my lunch hour is because it said walk-ins welcome. I walk in and tell the lady I want a mani/pedi and she asks if I have an appointment and then tells me that she can schedule me for tomorrow. If you don't accept walk-ins then don't advertise as such. read more

5 stars! LouAnn the manager did my nails and I'm absolutely in love with them. Upon entering the salon I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome. I was offered a drink (water, tea, soda etc) and was taken to my seat. I got a full set and she made sure throughout the entire process that I was liking the way they were coming out. The ambiance in the salon is great, tranquil music and great vibes. LouAnn and I had great conversation and she was the most pleasant. I cannot wait to return to get my pedicure. I recommend everyone visit this salon! read more

I wanted to go somewhere close to home for a pedicure so I decided to go to Diamond Nails and Spa. I did not have an appointment and went in as a walk-in. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very polite. The pedicure chairs were low and super soft. The sink for the pedicures is also pretty low and looks like a kitchen sink. They did not put a plastic cover over the pedicure bowl/sink which kind of made my skin crawl. The place I usually go does add a new plastic cover for every new client, among other their other hygiene protocol. I had more than one person work on my pedicure which was also confusing and neither of them used gloves. This is also not something I am used to. Their pedicure chairs do not have a massage function which is disappointing. They also didn't do the same process to each of my feet when rubbing my legs/feet. My second foot was rushed. My French gel pedicure was $67 which is pretty expensive for the services I received and the environment I received them in. I hate to keep comparing, however the salon I typically go to is not as pricey and a lot more high end, with more bang for your buck. I probably won't be returning. read more

Horrible experience!! I have never left a nail salon with my fingers literally stinging and hurting from a nail tech. The nail tech burned me while taking off my dip, cut my skin multiple times per finger while attempting to do my cuticles, filed my nails down crooked and then refused to draw a design because I spoke up about her previous mistakes. I had my nails done yesterday and I went to wash my hands today and the burning hasn't subsided...do not go here! read more

New prices are not displayed for returning customers. I have been coming here for 2 years. Gel full set use to cost $33 now it is $38. Shape like coffin is an added $15. So in total my short gel full set for $53. I didn't mind paying the $53. I wish I was just notified ahead of time of the new pricing similar to how they display that they do not accept tip on credit/debit cards. Please display new prices for customers to see . Please update the pamphlets. read more

So, I had an appointment for 11:30a and I arrived at 11:40a and was still about to at least get my nails done and really appreciated LuAnne taking me regardless. Not only did she still do my refill with gel, she literally saved my nails and sent me home with stunning new nails! Absolutely, amazing! I also got the cat eye gel polish!!! BREATH TAKING !!! I found this place on yelp and was super excited to try it out because of the high ratings and positive reviews. I walked in early for my 4:30 appointment and they started my appointment early which I appreciated. Everyone I interacted with when first walking in was super friendly I was pleased. I was also very pleased with the aesthetic of the salon. It has a very relaxing and modern look. I started off with a girl named Anna who helped me pick my color. She was as awesome! Midway through a different women started working on my nails quiet but still friendly. Now for my actual nails, I'm very particular about my nails. I'm always looking at them so I want them to be as close to perfect as possible. I'm not 100% in love with my nails. The shape is perfect. The actual polish looks a little off but might just be because its old polish. It also bubbled up a bit, but she fixed it when I ask her to buy still looks a little off. I may give this place another shot in the future. I do wish there was a larger selection of gel polish to chose from. read more

So...this is the first time I have been to a nail salon in years due to bad experiences. But i will have to saybi really liked this place. Its clean and the people are friendly and fairly quick (i was out in 1 hour). The only reason I didnt give this place 5 stars is because the nail tech did cut my toe nail a bit. But it wasn't that bad. I will definitely be back and i would definitely recommend. read more

I downloaded the Yelp app JUST do that I could say how fantastic and unbelievable Diamond Nails and Spa is! I've never had such a precise and beautiful manicure (gel) as I did with this place. This was my second time here and after my first I absolutely fell in love. I never get my nails done anywhere else because they set such high expectations for the SAME PRICE as other spas. You are greeted by Liam (who did my nails both times, I can't recommend him enough!) and offered tea, coffee, or water. The hand massage at the end is the boooomb. Regardless, they really work with you to find out exactly what you want. They deserve every positive review they've gotten! What service! read more

Diamond Nails and Spa has a wonderful & friendly atmosphere. One of the many things I enjoy about this place is that you have to have an appointment so you're not waiting around for someone to assist you. They do a wonderful job on nails, feet and waxing! They are fluent in English. The place is always clean. They make all feel welcome and greet every repeat customer by their name and with a smile I highly recommend this place for all your mani, pedi & waxing needs! read more

I was in the area and decided to visit based on the great reviews. The pedicure was very basic...less than a minute massage on the legs and feet(which is the biggest reason I get pedis) and they do not have back massage chairs. The chairs are comfortable but I enjoy all the massage. They play hip hop music which doesn't make for a very relaxing environment. Kinda disappointed with the experience in total...would not go back. read more

I've been coming here for 3 years and recently moved back to the north shore when I visit I still come here for excellent service . They have always been very nice and respectful! I had high hopes because of the good reviews, but was sorely disappointed in the quality of the service. I've never left a pedicure where there was dry skin still around my toes or on my heels. I specifically asked about having it worked on a little better, and my technician basically refused. Great selection of colors, but I won't be back. read more

I have given this place a chance more than once solely based on the convenience of the location. They are verrryyy slow (waited 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment and then it took well over an hour for a gel manicure after that) and my manicures, whether gel or regular polish, have been messy each time. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

Service: French Gel Manicure I went to the nail salon based on the great reviews and I was very disappointed. First of all the seating at the nail counter was uncomfortable I felt like I was at a bar waiting for a drink. I wasn't really impressed with the nail color selections. The tech that was doing my nail said she had been doing nails for 3 years but she was struggling. I could have left but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. She had to redo a nail because when she was doing the French part the gel polish started to lift because she was using the wrong product to do the French part,which who I assumed was the owner mentioned that she was suppose to use acetone and not alcohol or visa versa, she proceeded to dumb out the little vile and start new. I should have know then. Bottom line I should have gone to my normal nail place in North Attleboro, I work in Stoughton and I needed to get my nails done for an event that night and that's the only reason I went there. Day 3 and my gel nail polish is peeling.. NEVER AGAIN!!!! UPDATE: A few days after writing the above review I received a call from the salon stating that their work was guaranteed and that I should come in so they could correct the problem. I was a little hesitant but i wanted to give them another chance. I went to the shop and they looked at my nail and said that they would fix the 3 nails that was messed up, I told them to look again and I suggested that redo the whole thing, which they did. Note: they only changed the polish and did not clean the cuticles, which I thought was odd, because if you are trying to correct a mistake by one of your staff you should go above and beyond. But I give them an A for Effort and B for success. Thanks for trying guys. read more

Called earlier for an appt, girl on the phone said they have 4 & 6:30.. considering that it was only 30 min until 4, I said put me in for 6:30. I should've known better. I walk in at about 6:25, it looks a little busy & it takes a while for someone to address me. Fine. Then someone finally decides to ask my name. I tell them & then they say to pick a color. I pick my color in about 5 min. The remaining 30 min I am awkwardly standing there (b/c all of the waiting seats are taken) waiting to be called. I'm on my phone (thank God) but I'm watching the time. No one acknowledges me again until at 6:55 when I decide to walk to the counter/bar to ask do they know how much longer it will be. The skinny young guy (who only does the manicures) does not answer at first. Then just when I think he doesn't hear me so I'll have to repeat myself, says "I'll check the schedule." He doesn't even look up.. WTF!!!?!!!! Needless to say I put the nail polish down & just walked out. This place used to be so great when they first opened.. but now appointments apparently don't mean a thing. I get that it's busy but some acknowledgement or an apology would at least would've kept me there, despite the ridiculous wait WITH an appointment. I will not be going back. read more

I purchased a Groupon for this salon to get the gel manicure and I'm glad I tried it out. This place has the best service that I ever experienced in a nail salon. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the customer service was phenomenal. They offer free water, coffee, tea, and soda. They also have a policy of speaking english only and no employees talking to each other unless needed. Their priority is to focus on the customer. The place is very clean and modern. They have a huge selection of nail polish. I didn't get a pedi but i changed the color on my feet. They don't provide the massage chairs but a much bigger chair that is very comfortable so I didn't even miss the massage. One more thing, they give you the nail filer and buffer that they used on you so they never use a used one on you. I will definitely go back! read more

Awesome Service! They were so kind and professional. Me and my co-worker came in at 5:30 and left at 7:20 (they close at 7pm) after getting a mani/pedi. They didn't rush at all and took their time, giving us several coats of gel which i'm sure will last us a lot longer than than average nail salon mani/pedi would. The decor is beautiful, they softly play instrumentals from your favorite 80's-90's hit singles. All the technicians made sure to greet us and ask us whether we wanted: coffee, water, tea, soda or hot chocolate. I thought that was awesome and it was complimentary. They also spoke English in front of us the entire time which I thought was very professional. As soon as you walk in the staff greet you and they are very friendly asking you how they can help you. Lots of different gel colors and several brands to choose from. Great selection. Upon sitting, they ask to take and hang your coat and offer you a complimentary cup of coffee, tea, or water. Tina was very nice and made sure I was satisfied with the entire experience from the moment I walked through the door. They offer a wide menu of services. Very relaxing environment and nice lighting. Today was my first time going to diamond nails. My best friend had gone multiple times and she couldn't stop raving about it. After today, I completely understand why! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They strive to make your experience everything you want it to be. Whether you're there to relax and unwind or to socialize with friends or family, they will make it happen! They offer complimentary soda/tea/water etc., during a pedicure they put your feet in warm wraps, do a scrub, and a hot stone massage. Manicures also get the warm wrap and exfoliating scrub. My friend and I made an appointment over the phone, were seem immediately when we went in, were offered free drinks (we chose tea), technicians were respectful, helpful,and kind. We first did a pedicure. Super comfy chairs and with pillows. Love the nail bar! Never went to one before this place and didnt realize it had one. The staff was very friendly, and made my daughter's birthday one that she will remember. You can even get a Groupon right now worth $35 for $17 medi/pedi. I already posted on my facebook page to al of my family and friends. They even have a special, that is you buy a $40 gift certif. you can get a free medi/pedi now.
