I was so hopeful that I found a good nail salon in my town but was sadly disappointed. I arrived on time for my appt (9 AM on a Friday), and the door was locked. I called the salon phone number, and a young man answered - a young man who was my manicurist. He had run late and had been dropped off, probably by a parent. He looked to be 16 years old!! He cut my finger when he did my cuticles which bled and throbbed for a few days. He was only going to do one coat of polish too - I asked for a second coat. When I went to pay the price online, he said that the price was old and gave me the real price. Like Maggie G said, the prices on their website were very inexpensive....and INACCURATE. I really wanted to like this place. The reviews were great and the prices on their website were very inexpensive....and inaccurate. Their site says $25 for a French gel manicure, I got a regular get manicure and it was $30. The whole appointment was less than 30 minutes. I felt extremely rushed the whole time. The technician got polish all over my finger and kept asking okay? Each time she tried to remove a little, as if I should be happy she even attempted and it would be fine to walk out with. Then she used the file to scrape it off which hurt. I'm still picking off pieces of polish from my finger. She didn't apply a clear top coat and when I questioned it another woman at the front desk argued back and said yes she did do the clear top coat, she's been doing nails for 16 years. Even though that woman had *just* walked in the door and glanced at my fingers. I got 2 coats of pale pink polish and nothing else. She squirted my nails with water and oil and told me to wash my hands, saying I was all set. I also didn't get *any* kind of hand massage which is one of my favorite parts of a manicure. You REALLY get what you pay for here...and it's not much. Will not be returning and will go to a higher end nail salon that cares about their work and their customers satisfaction. read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone! I went there in late Nov 2022 for a pedicure and was coaxed into a gel manicure. It was awful and my fingers felt like cement for weeks. I went back to have the gel nails removed and It was hasty and not done well at all. I asked for only a manicure after the gel nail removal. The hard gel was still roughly layered on my nails which were totally weak, brittle and ruined!! The manicure lasted all of 2 days! It is now Jan 2023 and my nails are worse than ever and extremely weak, breaking and the nail bed is still rough and horrible. My nails are very unhealthy and I'm extremely upset. The nail beds are bruised, brittle and sensitive to the touch. These people should be out of business and the BBB notified. AVOID THIS PLACE is the best advice I can offer. I have no idea when or if my nails will recover. Extremely unsatisfied!!! read more

The nail tech wanted to separate us and I explained to her that I was trying to comfort my friend. She apparently didn't understand me. And as she was doing my nails accidentally sprayed nail remover full force in my eye! I know that wasn't intentional and she apologized. But the owner Nancy didn't even ask if I was okay and or show any concern at all. I should of known that this place just is fast to take your money and they don't care about the quality the do. The young guy who did my friend's nails was good but the other technicians are sloppy. I would never go to this salon again. They didn't offer to even to comp or discount my service after burning my eye with acetone. And my eye that was affected is slightly blurry now. I could sue them but honestly I didn't have the time or energy to deal with such people when studying for medical boards. Terrible customer service from the owner that is too concerned about making money and cares nothing about her clients. I had a dip manicure done and it's lasted over 2 weeks without any issue and still looks great. I am tough on my nails so I am impressed. She asked me if I would like my nails reshaped and I said not at all. She completely changed the shape of my nails and when I asked for her to fix what she did she gave me a horrible attitude, I believe her name was Nancy. The same Woman who painted my toes painted my nails, all from the pedicure chair. The paint on both my nails and toes is absolutely horrendous. There was no time to enjoy a massage. Mingh did an amazing job with both my gel manicure and pedicure, and was extremely thorough and meticulous even though I was on a time crunch.
