I have been going to Pro Nails for over four years now. I started when I visited a friend who lived on Dallas Lake...and I was hooked. Even though I lived 40 minutes away it was well worth the trip to have Kelly and John do my gel nails. They do a fantastic job - it lasts for five weeks. Amazing!!! And now I have moved to Georgia...and I look forward to my visits to Indiana when I can have my nails done here again. I am from out of town and decided to kill some time visiting family, thus I decided to get a manicure. The women who directed me in was very friendly and welcoming, however she wasn't my nail technician. My nail technician barked requests while using UNCLEAN (not soaked in the cleaning solution) tools for my fingers, that's where I realized I'm thankful that I didn't get a pedicure. My biggest issue was the unclean tools, dusty workspace and the manicure that wasn't even better than if I did my own nails. If I didn't ask her to clean up the nail polish around my cuticles...she wouldn't have done it. Don't waste your time if you want dirty tools, half-ass service or a dusty workplace... read more

We had high hopes coming in today because of the great reviews. Made appts for manis and pedis. When we arrived we were greeted with annoyance that we were even there. Once we were seated in the pedi chairs (which I was told I was not allowed he recline) we were told that they won't do manicures when they are busy so the only choice was to do shellac. We expressly stated we wanted manicures when we walked in AND made the appts. We were hurried through our pedicures and not much attention was given to comfort or details. We ended up going down the street to Li Nails for manicures. Pro nails will not be getting our business again. read more

My cousin went here to enjoy her birthday. Although she did enjoy her experience while she was here, at the end of her time there the owner came up and said they never wanted to see her again. They complained that she took longer than other clients (which in reality she did not) and that they do not like "people like her". Awhile back my cousin suffered a brain injury from an accident, which has caused her to have some side effects like shaking hands. I can tell you though, that she is one of the sweetest kids I know. It's completely unacceptable behavior, and it sickens me that my cousin had to face discriminatory behavior such as this. read more

Please do not support this business!! I wish I could post a negative star for them! To tell a disabled child's parent not to bring her back to this business again because "they don't do people like her" is callous, cruel, and discriminatory. The kid had previously suffered a brain injury from an accident, and never mind the fact that her father just recently passed away, all she was trying to do was enjoy her birthday by getting her nails done with her mom. Please read this. On FB there is a family VERY upset and hurt! Pro nails had asked a family not to bring back there HANDICAP family memeber, she took too long to do and she would not hold still they said....The family had lost there love one and was trying to do something to get her mind off it and get her nails done and then come to find out she could not enjoy that! I had been there off and on for yrs I know the owners and I have heard them bash people their customers before AFTER they leave. I will never go back to this place ever! I am ashamed that they treated someone like this! They need to apologize to the family but instead they blocked them on FB. They know they did wrong! I've been going here for years and this place has gone downhill. No matter the nice paint job they still have cockroaches running around. When you point them out to the nail ladies they say they're too scared to kill it! Seriously?! They have stopped caring about doing a good job and cut corners everytime. For example, instead of cutting your nails short they barely do a trim and they never clean the nails properly. Instead they do a shoddy job of cutting your nails irregular sizes. They make your toe nails appear skinny ontop because they can't get all the dead skin on the side of the nail. Isn't this basic service and knowledge? They really need to get their act together. read more

I went in for a quick gel polish. They got me in and out quickly. Felt bad for them possibly delaying other clients. Polish looks nice, place appeared clean and a nice environment. Like that they open early. Not as many color selections in gel polish as my regular salon, but it was overall a good quick polish change. read more

They only did 1 coat of polish because they were annoyed with me asking to start over on applying the tips. I usually LOVE my nails but if you piss them off then I guess you won't get their best. They usually do 2 or 3 coats and they only did one and it is not very opaque. They also only had my nails under the UV light a single time when it's usually multiple. I feel kind of disrespected but idk what they said since I only speak English. I still recommended this place over Li Nail & it's great as long as you don't annoy them by asking them to do something over again. read more

I went in to get a manicure and pedicure today. I went in with 2 other people. The male owner did my pedicure. I paid extra for a deluxe. As did the people with me. We started at the same time. But the pedicures they got lasted 20 minutes longer than mine. They got massaged way longer than I did. And then when it was time for my manicure. All he did was file and paint my nails and then charged me for a full manicure. 20$ for a paint! Was not impressed when I tried to pay with a card and they said there machine didn't take my kind of card they needed cash. I carry a MasterCard. ???? Then the owner stepped on my toes and messed up my polish and yelled at me asking me what I was doing. I was just standing there waiting for my purse and shoes at his table. I wont be back read more

The fact that you won't address it and keep deleting people's Facebook posts and reviews confirms what happened. Maybe everyone should get together and protest at your front door. Just heard from a friend in Indiana how the mother of a little girl with brain damage was told to never bring her back because they don't do "that kind of people". This is going to spread like wild fire through out Facebook and your business won't be doing "any kind of people" very soon. read more

Dont go!!!!!!!I went in for a scheduled mani/ pedi . I only had a pedicure several yrs ago. I was nervous as I got an infection and have been very leary about getting a pedicure again. I arrived early, they arrived 15 mins late. Apt was set( 1st of the day ) I sat in pedi chair and water was ran then kelly came over with a set of tools and oils in a container and set it down by my chair. The nail file looked used and none of the tools were wrapped like they were disinfected. Everything that was used on my feet were taken over to a woman who had just sat down two chairs down from me they were going to reuse everything that they had used on my feet on her feet! I was sick because I knew then that nothing was cleaned before they had used them on my feet. In addition to the skin shaver, the toe nail cutter, the emery board ( sides worn) the battery operated nail/cuticle sander and the buffer. None of which were cleaned or disinfected. yuk I just hope I don't get an infection again but I will not return as this is a disgusting practice! read more
