5 stars! My daughter and I called for an appointment and she said we could just come on in. They had 5 people working and the gentleman who did my pedicure, The, he was so detail oriented, almost OCD about making my nails look great. He did such a wonderful job I could have fallen asleep. They gave us water and a snack. Such sweet people! We will definitely be back and I am really confused by the other poor reviews. If you were that unhappy, I hope you expressed it because I am sure they would have made it right. We will definitely be back. read more

My girlfriend took my daughter here to get their nails done. They did what they wanted instead of what my daughter asked for. Not even the color she wanted. Most likely because she's a child. During the process they also clipped her finger and gave her a small cut Which they laughed about and just put polish over it. What they did was also sloppy and the nails fell off in three days. read more

I've never left a review before, but I have genuinely never had a worse experience at a nail salon, I am incredibly upset. Rude and unprofessional, my nails were cut so short, and I tried to communicate that I didn't like the shape but it didn't matter. I have paint all over my hands. Absolute shit. Do not go here, the manicure tech was SO rough she made my mom's nails bleed and the pedicure tech put a design on my toes that looks like a spider when I asked for a flower. So overpriced and ridiculous. They seemed like they were trying to rush and hurry when we were the only people in there instead of taking time to do a good job. Plus they use the same tools FOR EVERYONE instead of cleaning them off which was disgusting, and the UV lights burned after the sixth time they made me put my fingers and toes in. I love getting my nails done at this salon. Kim & Alice are always kind! I go every 3 to 4 weeks to get them done. My paint never chips! Would definitely recommend! Also very affordable! But cash is preferred payment so heads up! read more

This nail salon is not very clean and whenever I go in they only have two people working. My nails look like something I could do myself.

I really hate to add a bad review, but I just had the worst experience on Friday. I did not like the color, shape, or anything. She grinded on my pinky and then laughed it off, I was not laughing because it hurt... I'm so sorry to leave a bad review at a small business like this but I definitely won't be returning after spending so much on just a fill and getting what looks like beginners work.. I literally got them done Friday and had to get them redone somewhere else today because they are just so ugly and bad. She said she would redo for me but from what I kept hearing I would have gotten charged anyways so I decided to just take the loss. keep practicing and you'll get better but until then I will not be returning. read more

I have been here twice now and neither of my experiences were good. The first time I went, she was so rough when filing my nails that she actually cut the tip of my finger. The second time was even worse. I had nail polish already on my nails that she had to remove but didn't even remove all the polish. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was a coffin nail with black tips. She glued the fake nails on and cut them down without even checking if they were all the same length. Then proceeded to file them into a rounded shape even though I asked for coffin. The lady next to me was getting her old acrylics removed and the nail tech was clipping them off and they were flying everywhere, even over to the station I was sitting at. There was dust everywhere from them using the grinding tool and not wiping it up from the stations. She then starts applying the acrylic which probably only took her about 5 minutes. It was very uneven and lumpy in places. I thought that she would fix it when she filed my nails or used the grinding tool. I think she used the grinder on the lowest setting possible because it literally didn't do anything. Another customer walked in and they were setting up the other station next to me and the light started flicking on and off and she was messing with the light for a good 5 minutes trying to get it to stay on. The nail tecs swap places because it's time to paint my nails. She starts to file my nails. Again. This is about the 4th time now. She applies the base coat, which was pink and in the picture is almost clear, or white. She did this very fast and then moved on to the black tips. She just brushed the black across and then used acetone to fix it. She gets out a thin nail polish brush that was definitely used in other nail polishes because it was covered in silver sparkly polish that she had to "clean" off first. She goes along and cleans up the edges and then its time for the second coat. My nails have barely dried from the first time so when she uses the acetone, it smears the black. She finished painting my nails and has me put my hand in the LED light to dry. I put each hand in about 5 or 6 times. They came out still tacky every time. There was also so must dust that it got on my nails and now I have white specs all over the black tips. read more

Came in at 11 am she started my nails. The place was dirty. Nothing was wiped down and the tools were not wiped down either. She started my nails and wasnt taking her time and seemed to rush more as two customers walked in for till ins on their nails. I got up to wash my hand amd she makes a girl sit in my seat and starts her nails. All my nasty nail stuff is still on the counter. They didn't clean anything. They told me to sit in another chair. She paints my nails real fast. Very sloppy barely paying attention. Then says your done. Your not going to make sure they are straight or that you put an even amount of polish. This place is going to give some one an infection. Never will I go here again. read more
