Was recently visited this establishment. This place is not smoke free! The older man, the owner I assume, went back to the back area for a smoke break multiple times. I get if it were a draft that wafted in from being outside but he was 100% smoking inside. I had a decent pedicure from a nice young gal. My acrilic application was terrible. I needed to go somewhere else to get them fixed! Way way too thick! If you suffer from smoke sensitivity this is not the place for you!!!! Then as I'm leaving they offer me a bottle of Chardonnay. I highly recommend you do not visit this place! I walked in and was quoted $20 for a manicure. she didn't cut any cuticles, use any lotion, or anything that is included in a typical manicure. the paint job was terrible. there was red nail polish everywhere.I asked her to try to clean up some of the paint and she told me she hasn't used regular nail polish in months and that she is only good at gel polish... Next problem: this place is not sanitary. there was residue/glitter from past customers and it appeared none of the tools were cleaned in between guests. Finally I get up to the counter to pay and she charged me $32... for a regular polish change. crazy!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before coming here! read more

An older nail tech did my pedicure... she did not even ask me what kind of pedi I wanted. Proceeds to do gel pedi....and never even spoke me. Just chatted in a foriegn language with the other tech. I go up to pay and I see basic pedi is listed at $28.00 ....so I expected to pay about $49.00 my bill was69.99 plus I left a tip. Don't go there what a rip off con artist joint!!! Came in for a pedicure and was greeted right away. It was empty and quite and would seem relaxing but unfortunately wasn't 1) the water was warm just a little on the cooler side which may not be a deal breaker for some but it was cold out and I did ask her to add water. She said yes, but never did. 2) you can't recline your seat or control the massage. You can ask and they will recline your seat. My feet were rinsed off with cold water. Moved to the dryer after and again cold air to dry the polish. No one checked to see if nails were dry. It was clear they were done. I had to ask if they thought it would be ok to go, if the nails were dry. It is your basic nail salon. But there are too many other options. On a bright note. When we paid we were given a cantaloupe, so there's that. I won't knock a kind gesture. read more

Went here while visiting family my nails turned out very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed in them. there was residue from a prior client. She also didn't do the gel extensions I wanted she just put acrylics on instead. They are not shaped well she did not take care of my nails she just slapped the stuff on and didn't smooth it out I have groves on most of my nails from the powder which I have never had before. read more

I was greeted right away and immediately seated for my mani-pedi. All down hill from there. I sat in the pedi-chair for 40 minutes. I was behind two girls getting full manicures. One person working. All she had to do was say "it will be at least 30 minute wait." Not to mention the place smelled as if they had cats (at least a litter box) in the back room. Yeah, nope. Don't go here. I had a full set, which was advertised at $25 cost $42, apparently nail removal costs $15 now, however that was not advertised anywhere. The nail tech was not very friendly & VERY rough. My nails are ridiculously uneven. No two have the same shape or length, I'm embarrassed at how bad they are. The top coat of plain polish only over the middle of my nail, I can see where the top coat ends on my nail. There are leftover filings on my fingernails, they are rough, overall a terrible, terrible job. I had a decent pedicure here once so I figured I'd give them a shot, but that was a mistake. The entire place is dirty & they used a shopvac style vacuum to get the filings off my hands & off the table. Went here with my mom to get our nails done for my wedding this weekend. Wanted to get our pedicures & nails done TOGETHER. When we arrived we were the only 2 in the place and 2 people were working. perfect timing right? we were both getting our pedicures done when another gal walked in to get her nails done. After they finished with our nails one lady started working on the other ladies nails and made my mom sit and wait for me to get mine done. My mom left to go across the street. Didn't blame her. We were charged an outrageous amount. Almost $200 for 2 pedicures and my nails. I understand the extra charges but that's outrageous. $200!!! Not ok. Never going back. OK, so I get it, for a $20 pedicure, one can not expect to be fully pampered as though it were a deluxe... However, I would hope that the nail technician would not tear away at your cuticle, fail to file your nails, and dig-in to your toes with her fingernails as she maneuvers your nail bed to polish it. Kim is the best!! Her designs are so creative! She's quick and very professional. The price for shellac is reasonable too.

So I've gone to both places. Pro nails and pro nails 2 which are ran by father /daughter. I went to the one on the west side as a walking, and no one greeted me at the door and stood for 5 minutes at the entrance until I decided to leave. I also went to pro nails 2 and they always go back and forth to other people in the middle of your session. They don't ever give you a massage with your manicure and half the time don't even put lotion on. But what made me not ever want to return was that I got a set of acrylic nails and when I left I noticed that there was a huge gap between my nail and the acrylic and it felt loose. I went back to have them fix it and they weren't very happy. They talked amongst themselves in another language and made faces. But the worst part is that they started clipping the acrylic but cut the skin under my nail instead and made me bleed. She didn't even apologize and let someone else finish it. It looked horrible it was terribly botched and looked like someone at home tried to do it with glued on nails. I will never go back again. read more

In the past I've had ok experiences here but today was AWFUL. Tammy told me the color I picked out was "ugly" and that she didn't want to do all the work just to paint my toes an ugly color. She also wanted me to take he polish off my own finger nails since I was just sitting there "just playing on my phone". Then she yelled at me for accidentally bumping my nail. Do not go here!! I had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They did not even give a massage for mani OR pedi. I had French nail mani done, the lines were not straight, the white on the tips were blotchy and it seemed like a race to them to see how fast they could get done and still charged me over $50!!! This is actually the second time I have had this experience at this place. I tried to show them why I was upset and they still would not budge on the price. Bad experience. They were in a big hurry and the pedicure took 10 minutes. Didn't lotion my feet or legs. Then I was upcharged $10 more?? They cut my sisters toe and made it bleed by jamming the scissors under her nail. She then had a manicure and they cut three of her fingers and made them bleed. I will not ever go there again!!!!!!. I went in for Shellac and they wanted to use the nail drill to remove the previous polish. I told them "no" I don't want that used on me. They seemed mad and put out that I wouldn't allow the drill. All of the places I have been to in the past use the acetone/cottonball method for gel removal. Very unfriendly and they told me that if I would not allow the drill to be used that I needed to go to the beauty school and they could take care of me. When I was checking out I was charged for manicure that I didn't ask for. The guy was very rough and borderline rude.
