If I could give 0 stars I would. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Awful customer service and they barely put any effort into my pedicure. My feet were untouched for over 30 minutes sitting in the water. My sister who is getting MARRIED trusted them to make her nails look perfect and polish was all over her skin. The polish was rugged and when we asked them to fix it they gave attitude. They still charged us full price as well. I left and didn't let them paint mine and we went to a new nail salon for rescuing. My little brother could paint my nails better than this place. DONT GO! read more

the guy yelled at me twice, once because I asked him to cut my nails shorter and second because I "moved too much". he was very rude. my nails came out to ratchet. all of them are different shapes and i left with my hands covered in red dye. everyone I showed them to agreed with me they are terrible. some of the nails are so pointy i have to go home and file them because it's like having a weapon on the end of my nail. I had a wonderful experience at pro nails. I am in town for my wedding and wanted to get my nails done somewhere close. I can not pay these ladies enough respect they have me the full bridal treatment with a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. The pedicure was genuinely one of the best I ever had complete with a hot stone leg massage. I was also accompanied by my disabled sister who's disability does not allow her to keep her extremities still or walk properly. They were so patient and accommodating. And somehow her nails turned out perfect which is a difficult task. Overall the salon was clean, friendly, and affordable. read more

Went in for a pedicure with a friend on a whim. On the upside they sat us immediately. On the downside this was the only plus. We were in and out of the front door in under 15 minutes. Stopped in with my husband to get a pedicure for us both. Worst experience and treatment I have ever experienced. We paid $95 with tip and what a waste i could have treated myself kinder and with more attention to detail or maybe even put my shoes on before my polish got smeered. We both were done in 20 minutes. Vibe in place is very angry and not peaceful at all. I walked out pissed off over the terrible pedicure the fact 2 different people did my toes and not well I might add. I went here yesterday to get a fill and the service was horrible. Not only did they take forever, but when I showed the girl a picture of the nails I wanted, she took a picture on her phone and then left. After about 30 mins sitting there one of the guys comes over and starts my nails, I showed him the picture and he said he couldn't do that. I've never wrote a bad review in all my life but my experience was so bad I felt I had to warn others of what they're in for when they book an appointment at Pro Nails. 1. They're extremely unorganized. If you call and make an appointment, you'll be waiting for 30+ min and they'll take walk ins before you. I don't even think they have a booking system. They take in more customers than they can handle. 2. They're not clean! I didn't see any pedicure bowls, instruments or anything else of the kind get properly sterilized. 3. Because they rush, you don't get decent quality. I got a lumpy dip manicure and a messy and uncomfortable pedicure. 4. The staff is not personable and hard to communicate with. In closing I lost $80 and 2 hours of my life at this nail salon and I won't be back. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I'm not one to write bad reviews but personally I'd be doing an injustice to anyone who chooses to go here. I went with my roomate and we both asked for full acrylic sets. Each of us had our nails started by 1 person and finished by another but that's not a big deal! I've had acrylics put on my nails for many years and I've never had an experience this terrible. A woman started my nails and immediately stuck the tips on. She dipped the tip in acetone before placing it on my nail which I personally have never seen. The man who finished doing my nails filed them so violently I thought my real nail was going to be ripped off. I should have said something but they weren't the nicest from the get go. He went back to filing every 10 minutes. And then went to the drill. He got so close to my skin that he cut and burned me a number of times, drawing blood, and not even acting as if he'd done anything. The amount of acrylic placed on my nail was extreme that when he was done he had to drill them so hard that smoke was coming off of them. Burning my skin. I asked for coffin shape and i can tell you these are not coffin shaped. I usually get my nails pretty long and showed them a reference photo for the length and they made mine much longer. By the end of it, the man tried to use the file again and i simply told him I couldn't because my nails hurt too badly. My roomate and I shared a similar experience. The facility is also extremely unsanitary as all of the acrylic brushes were all in the same acetone bowl. I just want everyone to know that this nail salon is not one to go to for acrylic sets. read more

Walked-in on a Friday at abt 5:30pm to no wait so that was good (especially during the summer). Sam was nice and willing to do what I needed (fill and cut down). He removed my gel nail color, cut and did a "fill." I say "fill" because.... well he didn't do anything to my cuticles so there's still a good size gap which means I'll more than likely have to get them filled sooner than later. They're already starting to lift and it's only been 5 days :( While he did cut them down (which was very much needed) they're uneven and some are crooked :/ (I did mentioned this to him while he was doing them & he did try his best) I just moved here last fall and really need to find a nail place that I like - I'm bummed this isn't it. The worst experience i've ever had. It took them 30 minutes to start my nails even though there were 2 workers doing nothing. The guy that finally started my nails just came back from smoking a cigarette and didn't wash his hands. Absolutely gross. Before he started I asked him if he could do the design I wanted and he said yes. I asked for acrylics and they kept insisting on dip powder. I said no. There were 4 different people working on my nails too and everything was so dirty and unorganized. There was no prep done to my nails and they just stuck on the nail tips. Between all 4 of them doing my nails, they all were just using the nail file and using the drill. It got to the point where I had to ask them to stop because I was bleeding on almost every single finger. The guy finally started applying nail polish and it wasn't even close to the color in the picture I showed him. I left it alone because I didn't even care at that point. He then starts airbrushing flowers on my nails. I told him to take them off because they looked nothing like what I asked for. This place used to be better. Now it's run by I think the owners son? Who is maybe 17 or 18 and SO rude. My mom went about a month ago, and he was yelling at a worker that she couldn't take a lunch break, and when I went, he couldn't be bothered to take his eyes off his video game he was playing to greet guests. Not only did Henna give me an incredible French pedicure, Lee went above and beyond to give me water and a fan when noticing I was too hot (only because Henna used these relaxing warm stones to massage before the pedicure) and they both offered great conversation. I was craving a pedicure while on vacation, and I must say that Pro Nails is a very nice place to go to get a pedicure! It is a little pricey at $25 for a Spa Pedicure, though. No appointments are needed. I was lucky and walked in around 3:50pm and was able to get seated right away and was in and out in about 25 minutes. I felt like the girl doing my nails didn't do as much to my nails as I'm used to at home and I felt a little gypped that way. But all is good. Only major downside is they accept cash only. Decided to splurge and get me and my sisters nails done (gel and acrylics) and eye brows waxed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a man and a lady with a smile and a friendly hello. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the people were very friendly and there were lots of selections for nail colors. It was mine and my sisters first time getting our eye brows waxed and we will definitely be going again! He did a GREAT job and it was quick and not very painful. POOR experience-would not ever go back. I called ahead and made appts for myself and my bfs 2 daughters while we were on vacation. I specifically asked if they would be able to take all 3 of us at the same time and they said yes. When we arrived at our appointment time, not only did they take us 20 minutes late, and one at a time staggered, but they left the 7 year-old sitting soaking in the pedi tub for almost 30 minutes and then took another customer for her appointment before taking me. At this point, I said something and they started finishing the 7 y/o pedicure. Each of us had 3 different people working on us which was bizarre and took forever in between. When I explained after almost 2 hours that we had dinner reservations, they barely apologized and shared that certain people are licensed for certain parts and that is why there is a wait. The appointment was for a kids mani/pedi, a dip mani, and a dip mani with tips. It was a horrible experience with more than half of the time there spent sitting and waiting for someone to do the next step. Extremely frustrating and I would NEVER go back. read more

Always packed in the summer, high prices, rude workers. Last year I had just about the worst experience ever here. I was the only one in the place on the Monday of Labor Day weekend, everyone had gone home and left the Cape. Was getting a pedicure and the woman who owns the place left me alone with a young man who worked there and long story short, he touched my eyelashes, YES touched them. Asked if I had a boyfriend, how old I was, what bars I like to go to down here. I felt SO extremely uncomfortable because he was clearly hitting on me and crossing a line between worker and customer. It was disgusting. I felt violated. And he only did it once she left and he had nobody to watch him. Be careful if you are ever in there alone. I tried pro nails again this summer trying to put that horrible experience behind me, but short of being hit on again it still was not great. I sat for a manicure and they made me wait behind people who came in after me because they seemed to be regulars. Also, $30 for a gel (shellac) manicure and all they did was a polish change, no manicure what so ever.
