POOR experience-would not ever go back. I called ahead and made appts for myself and my bfs 2 daughters while we were on vacation. I specifically asked if they would be able to take all 3 of us at the same time and they said yes. When we arrived at our appointment time, not only did they take us 20 minutes late, and one at a time staggered, but they left the 7 year-old sitting soaking in the pedi tub for almost 30 minutes and then took another customer for her appointment before taking me. At this point, I said something and they started finishing the 7 y/o pedicure. Each of us had 3 different people working on us which was bizarre and took forever in between. When I explained after almost 2 hours that we had dinner reservations, they barely apologized and shared that certain people are licensed for certain parts and that is why there is a wait. The appointment was for a kids mani/pedi, a dip mani, and a dip mani with tips. It was a horrible experience with more than half of the time there spent sitting and waiting for someone to do the next step. Extremely frustrating and I would NEVER go back. read more

Always packed in the summer, high prices, rude workers. Last year I had just about the worst experience ever here. I was the only one in the place on the Monday of Labor Day weekend, everyone had gone home and left the Cape. Was getting a pedicure and the woman who owns the place left me alone with a young man who worked there and long story short, he touched my eyelashes, YES touched them. Asked if I had a boyfriend, how old I was, what bars I like to go to down here. I felt SO extremely uncomfortable because he was clearly hitting on me and crossing a line between worker and customer. It was disgusting. I felt violated. And he only did it once she left and he had nobody to watch him. Be careful if you are ever in there alone. I tried pro nails again this summer trying to put that horrible experience behind me, but short of being hit on again it still was not great. I sat for a manicure and they made me wait behind people who came in after me because they seemed to be regulars. Also, $30 for a gel (shellac) manicure and all they did was a polish change, no manicure what so ever. Was pleased to find a nail place in Dennis while on vacation..was not pleased with what I found. My sister and I were rushed in and out of there so quickly. The woman we dealt with was VERY rude to us, and my gel manicure came out horrible. For $30 you would hope for a clean finish, and it was sloppy, unfiled and not worth the money! The same woman worked on both of us, and left us sitting a lot longer then necessary. She told everyone that came in "10 minutes" as they sat for over 20 minutes. Horrible experience. I was in town for my wedding. We made an appointment in advance. My entire bridal party was finished with both manicures and pedicures while I was sitting there with my feet in cold water. Two hours had gone by and I still didn't have anything done to my hands or feet. They had an inspection during my time there which wasn't going so well. When I finally got my nails done, my toes looked horrible and two of my fingers had tips on that weren't even attached to my existing nail. Awful. read more

Wanted to get a relaxing pedicure, which turned into a nightmare. I have never been to this salon before and decided to try it out due to good reviews. I asked for a plain white nail polish color and the nail tech rudely handed over a nail template and told me I need to pick a color. long story short I walked out of there with uneven cut toenails, a very thick coat of polish on my big toes due to a mistake they made and tried to cover up with nail polish instead of wiping it off with nail polish remover and the color I picked was completely different then what I was given and is not white but more off an off white. Also, another thing that me and my boyfriend do is get matching colors on our toes, which he could not do due to the rude staffing talking under their breath. The worst. I went in for a quick nail polish change. Mind you this is not my regular salon (I live over the bridge on the mainland) and I was in a rush. Talk about POOR customer service. A male employee (I'm assuming the manager or the owner) did my nails and could not have given less of a care of how he treated me or how my nails came out. I realize that the service I asked for was the cheapest you can get--having had a manicure less than a week ago and with very little time I didn't see it necessary to spend the $5 extra dollars to have my barely-there cuticles removed--but I would expect any good business owner or employee to treat every single customer with respect and value them as they have chosen to spend their money there and not elsewhere. Aside from the horrible customer service, the place is just dingy and gross. I am certain that the salon does not meet health standards. Maybe I'm just spoiled, but this place is just so far below what I'd expect a decent salon to be, never mind that they charge more than a decent salon on the South Shore. $15 for a crappy mani? First, I had an appointment. Waited about ten minutes to be taken which was fine. Got a nice massage from the first woman then it all went downhill. I waited about 35 minutes for the next person to come to do the next step with my feet sitting in a tub of freezing cold water. I told them that my feet were cold and they had no hot water so they heated some about back and poured it into my basin. 15 minutes later it was cold again and I was still sitting there waiting for the next person to finish so I got up and left. Did not see them clean or sterilize anything in the sponge they used to do my feet in heels was dirt y and obviously used before not new for me and unsterilized first! Several people came in while I was there waited too long and also walked out. Would never go there again. My daughter came out with bumpy nails after having a dip manicure the worst tribe we've ever seen! Dirty, not enough staff and just keep telling people to come back in an hour and they're still backed up. read more

Couldn't figure out how to do a dip powder manicure...even though they had 100's of powders. Passed me from person to person to the point where I ended up walking out. Also, the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. They didn't even cut my nails, didn't file them, and didn't pumice my feet at all. Also, the conditions are completely unsanitary, zero social distancing and they don't wrap the pedicure tubs before using so you have no clue what your feet are soaking in. This place is amazing. Hanna puts her heart and Soul into any of the services provided here. The salon is clean and feels like a day retreat. I see a lot of the reviews from several months ago and it is important to know the management has changed. Somewhere mentioned that cards are not accepted and it is cash only that is not the case here. I have been coming for several months now and have not had a bad manicure yet, as a matter of fact they have been the longest lasting manicures I've had. Also the best eyebrows as well. CASH ONLY. there's nothing that says cash only in the store so as you're going to pay they expect you to go across the street to the bar and get cash from their atm. This isn't ideal when you're waiting to dry your nails but now need to run across a main road to get cash. They should have an atm inside or accept cards. My pedi came out ok. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We walked in to discover that they are cash only. We told them that we didn't have cash and left to hit the ATM. When we walked in, the man there said to his coworker,"I knew they would be back!" I said,"we have money this time!" He said,"I hate this place! I just want to leave and never come back!" One star is generous- my mom, friend and I went to get pedicures today and it was basically a foot soak and polish change. No massage, hot stones that were not sanitized and only rinsed with water from the person before me, and the orange callus remover scrubby thing was 100% used over and over and over again, never sanitized. $10 extra for French- after that awful service, my whole experience should've been only $10 max! My moms legs turned blue from their soap stuff because of how long she sat there waiting for someone to come start her pedicure. I think FOUR different people worked on my feet for a polish removal, a wet lotion rub with warm stones, and painting my actual toe nails. My feet literally looked better before I went here from when I painted them at home. Not sure if I can put into words how much I strongly do NOT recommend going here. I read all of the Pro Nail reviews and decided to go their for shellac nails and a pedicure. They did an excellent job! They are very professional and courteous.They have a very large selection of colors. The place is super clean and you get a lovely view of the bay while drying your nails. I will return, here. I drove to this business because of the ratings. DISAPPOINTED! Was grossed out when nail tec was painting toes in between my shellac process, if that's not unprofessional enough it is totally disgusting( without washing hands). Was pricey for a no frills operation. To top it off, this is the first time in 3 years a shellac manicure was peeling off. And, only on the 8 th day. I have been here before and every time...I am dissappointed. Went in for a mani pedi to treat myself after a long 2 days of physical work. Expected the massage chair to work..it didn't. They had me sitting in the chair for so long my back and bottom got stiff. Expected to have my pedicure then sit for my nails at the table. While one girl did my feet..the owner reached across and filed my nails dry..actually pulling my arm across my body suspending it to the point that I was very uncomfortable. Then gives me COLD water to soak in..I moved the water to my lap instead of reaching across my body.. finally when sitting at the table it was more comfortable.
