Also another huge selling point for me about this place is that I'm not stuck there all day. They are QUICK. yet thorough. I am a huge fan of the gel pedicure. It feels comfortable in here though it has the same set up as a mall nail salon. No other services like waxing which is kind of a bummer but thats how it is on cape. By far the worst experience I have ever encountered in a nail salon. Let me start by sharing that I am not by any means super picky. Just want a decent gel manicure...nothing fancy. One solid color. For starters I have polish trimming my cuticles. It almost appears I polished them vs a professional as I am so not talented in this area and would expect this look, but not when I just paid someone for the service. I am not talking about one nail, I'm talking about 6 out of ten. They look horrible! Second and even more important is the technician who did my nails was so brutally rude I almost could not believe it. I need to emphasize, this women's personality was horrifyingly mean and nasty. We called for reservations the day before as we were traveling over an hour to meet a friend who lives out there. Pros: The pedicure was relaxing, The girl was amazing with my 6 year old daughter and her nail polish selection. Cons: They don't take tips on the card so bring cash or expect to go to the ATM up the strip and get a fee. The nail polish chipped a few hours after and came off completely by the next day! An overall average experience, though I appreciated that they took me within an hour of calling. Not super friendly, which isn't a big deal, but always a little disappointing. Got a very basic gel manicure, no frills. Was frustrated that the colors didn't seemingly match the sample boards, wasn't close to what they looked liked on my nails. Some minor bumps on nails, not evenly shaped, and no massage. That said, it was $35 so I guess that's reflected in the price. The nail tech practically drilled off my regular nail using what seemed like every drill bit she had- on extremely high speed. Hurt so bad!!!Left extra skin all around my finger and burn marks on some. I asked for white- I got white with yellow?!? It's so upsetting to have not only a painful experience but I can't even get plain white- such a waste of $50+ and it was so painful I'd rather just keep this crap on then go through more drilling pain. 10/10- not worth a walk in. I tried to tell her something, i haven't finished my sentence yet but she kept say "yahhh..." and laughing. What is funny? I know she doesn't understand English, I am okay with that. But she needs less talking more working. She was talking with the guy next to her and cut my nail cuticle very roughly, bleeding raw. This was the issue. I don't know why nobody stop her talking. This place is a standard nail salon. Clean, not overly friendly staff, lots of colors to choose from. When I got there, they could not accommodate us, which is a good sign - people go there! They asked us to come back in an hour so we did. They sat us right away but my daughter ended up waiting 20-25 minutes longer for her pedicure to start. The technician didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. I only knew there were options when I asked if there were options. She had already started at this point. It was nice but nothing better than what other salons do. We also got gel manicures. The woman filed my nails on an angle. When I pointed it out, she tried to tell me she filed them straight. I was about to ask for the file. She fixed them but not how I asked (just file down the corner that higher so the whole nail isn't shorter). They were still slightly higher on one side. I don't think I will go back regularly. But I wouldn't rule them out for a drop in. read more

I called this morning and made a reservation based on the good reviews I saw on yelp. I arrived and was thrilled with everything. Not only did Tony take me on time, he and all others here were also incredibly friendly. The place is clean and bright and has tons of colors to choose from. Plus they were able to squeeze me in for a pedicure even though I wasn't scheduled for one. My nails were a mess when I came in And so are my feet, mostly because I've spent most of the last two months outdoors and raising our new puppy! By the time I left I looked like a princess.
