This is probably one of the worst pedicures I've ever had.. I had to wait 30 minutes after being told to wait 15, and i get it you're busy but don't lie about a timeframe. When my service finally started the lady asked if i picked my color, I hadn't because no one gave me any to look at. She rolled her eyes and went to grab them for me. She barely massaged me the entire pedicure, she didn't turn the water on till she cut my nails, I barely even soaked my feet. She just hit my leg everytime she wanted me to move to or from the water, no please or thank yous. No hospitality at all. Buyer Beware! Have no complaint about the quality of pedicure performed but about the cost. Brochure says $38.00 for basic, that's fine, also lists additional services, also fine. Asked if they had dazzle dry nail polish, as they advertise having over 500 colors, and they do. When checking out we were told there was an additional charge of $5.00 for using dazzle dry, my friend paid the extra and when I checked out, was told the extra was $10 for the dazzle dry! Said she made a mistake with my friend's charge. I have been to other salons where dazzle dry is all they use and there is no extra charge. So if you want dazzle dry be prepared to pay a premium - the color selection for that brand was limited and certainly not worth the extra charge. Felt very ripped off and will not be going back to Secret Nails. read more

By far the worst experience I have ever encountered in a nail salon. Let me start by sharing that I am not by any means super picky. Just want a decent gel manicure...nothing fancy. One solid color. For starters I have polish trimming my cuticles. It almost appears I polished them vs a professional as I am so not talented in this area and would expect this look, but not when I just paid someone for the service. I am not talking about one nail, I'm talking about 6 out of ten. They look horrible! Pros: The pedicure was relaxing, The girl was amazing with my 6 year old daughter and her nail polish selection. Cons: They don't take tips on the card so bring cash or expect to go to the ATM up the strip and get a fee. The nail polish chipped a few hours after and came off completely by the next day! Got a very basic gel manicure, no frills. Was frustrated that the colors didn't seemingly match the sample boards, wasn't close to what they looked liked on my nails. The nail tech practically drilled off my regular nail using what seemed like every drill bit she had- on extremely high speed. Hurt so bad!!!Left extra skin all around my finger and burn marks on some. I asked for white- I got white with yellow?!? It's so upsetting to have not only a painful experience but I can't even get plain white- such a waste of $50+ and it was so painful I'd rather just keep this crap on then go through more drilling pain. 10/10- not worth a walk in. I tried to tell her something, i haven't finished my sentence yet but she kept say "yahhh..." and laughing. What is funny? I know she doesn't understand English, I am okay with that. This place is a standard nail salon. Clean, not overly friendly staff, lots of colors to choose from. When I got there, they could not accommodate us, which is a good sign - people go there! They asked us to come back in an hour so we did. They sat us right away but my daughter ended up waiting 20-25 minutes longer for her pedicure to start. The technician didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. I only knew there were options when I asked if there were options. She had already started at this point. It was nice but nothing better than what other salons do. We also got gel manicures. The woman filed my nails on an angle. When I pointed it out, she tried to tell me she filed them straight. I was about to ask for the file. She fixed them but not how I asked (just file down the corner that higher so the whole nail isn't shorter). They were still slightly higher on one side. I don't think I will go back regularly. But I wouldn't rule them out for a drop in. read more
