Not only did they do a great job tuning up the bike, but they freaking detailed it. It practically shined when I loaded it on my bike carrier. They were very careful to adhere to the Covid19 safety protocols, so I felt comfortable entering the shop. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Best of all, they took their time and gave me lots of training tips to help my transition to a recumbent from a traditional diamond frame bike. Exceptional customer service! I will continue to bring my bike to them for service, despite the distance, and this will be the first shop I visit when I'm ready for my next recumbent bike or trike. For those of you who are starting to feel that the pain (back, shoulder, neck, butt, feet) of riding a traditional diamond frame bike has started to suck the joy out of riding, I strongly encourage you to try a recumbent bike or trike. WOW! What a difference! No pain, all fun. And yea, it still feels like you're flying, just like those early bike rides you did as a kid. Billed over 380.00 to review my two Seadoos then determined they would sell me the parts, but wouldn't do any work (despite having the Seadoos for two weeks) because it might harm their reputation because of their age and would not be able to guarantee the work. But get this...tested them, but didn't actually put in new batteries for the test...hmmmmm. Said I needed a starter, but really just a voltage regulator. Needed a DESS post...nope just a key. Wouldn't even do a carb cleaning but DID PUT IN SPARK PLUGS. However, the "authorized" Seadoo. Dealer put in the wrong plugs, but charged my 28.00 nonetheless. This place was beyond useless and the service tech was condescending as he said I forced him to look at it and he was doing my a favor. I need less friends like this and more like Lacey Performance that fixed both of my Seadoos in under 4 hours. Waste of money and time. I would Love to hear from the owner as I was told he was unavailable on a Saturday morning (July 20, 2024) to speak to me.

I found Chris online, we spoke for nearly an hour about my machine and when we were done he said, "I know what's wrong with your treadmill"...I was impressed but skeptical. Chris came out to my home and repaired my treadmill in less than 10 minutes. He is a treadmill god..before he left he educated us on properly using the machine, keeping it lubricated and making sure its turned off during a storm to protect it from a surge.
