When asked when he would be finished, he tells me, "get out of my shop." Get the car back and there's a multitude of workmanship, mechanical and cosmetic issues. Marcelo sends me and E-mail advising he'd take care of all the issues, but could not/would not because he's lazy, overwhelmed and incompetent. Refuses to process a refund. Then he has the balls to tell me not to come back to his shop. Several other shops trying to repair all of Marcelo's negligence and incompetence. See his other negative reviews. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. In short, I think it's an honest shop with super prime people. I plan on taking my motos there in the future for any work.
