Brought my little dachshund mix for his cut and wash. This was our first time and we absolutely love the place. They were able to fit us in last minute. He came out looking so fresh and the price is great too! They lock their front and back door so you need to ring a doorbell to get in. I just parked on Whittier blvd and went through their front entrance. The past few days we're really hot and I appreciated the fact that they had the AC running and it was cool in there for the dogs. An added bonus: they out a cute tie on my baby boy and sent us the cutest photo!! I would definitely recommend.
Ashley is very responsive whenever you have a question or a request. I have taken my Aussie Sierra to have her claws trimmed many times and the experience is always a pleasure. Today was Sierras first grooming service. I would always bathe her myself but I wanted her to get the full treatment today. The staff is super friendly and loving towards the animals in their shop and Sierra is not scared to visit. I would recommend this amazing place to everyone! Thank you Ashley and team!
I recently adopted a doggie and I thoroughly researched a groomer that was friendly and did a great job. My pups looked amazing afterwards and he went up to the groomer to lick her! They obviously care about the dogs and cats and gave me recommendations for his skin allergies. They did a 4th of July themed photo of him and gave him a cute bow tie.
This is hands down the best place to bring your pets. Ashley and her team are true professionals. They take so much care in handling my dog and always give me good suggestions on products to use on my fur baby. Also, their shop is super cute. They sell the cutest accessories for your pets and after every grooming session they do a mini photo shoot with your fur baby. I just love that. Thank you Pro Pet Club for being so awesome.
Pro Pet Club is awesome!! This was my puppy's first groom so I didn't want to just take her anywhere. After some investigating, I found Pro Pet Club. They were able to give me an appointment within the week! When I arrived, they walked me through the process of what to expect for my puppy's first groom. During the grooming process, they were very communicative with me since my puppy needed a flea bath. They also let me know 15 minutes before she was done so I could make my way to the store. When I picked up my puppy, she had the CUTEST bow and bandana!!! Usually my puppy is very whiny, but she was so calm in the arms of her groomer. I knew that was a good sign. She explained to me everything that they had done and how my puppy was doing throughout all of it. The groom was very fairly priced and my puppy and I couldn't be more pleased!! We are definitely coming back. Ps. I LOVE the photoshoot areas!!!
So friendly and professional! Glad we took our frenchie Moo here to be groomed on recommendation from our neighbor . Very happy with the service and care our frenchie received here. From the drop off to the pick up , then stay in contact with you sending cute holiday pictures and pick up up date times. So sweet and kind. Definitely will be a regular customer so happy that you can trust and leave your fur baby here in good hands blessed for that. Thank you
I have tried out many different groomers around LA county, and I'm glad to say I found my new go-to place! Not only did they treat my Starfire with great care, her haircut came out beautiful! They even gave her a little toy and some accessories, and not to mention the beautiful photo they took of her for me. This is a great place to take your fur baby, great and fair pricing, and it is run by kind and honest people.
Ashley and Joce are the absolute best! We would only trust our baby in their hands! They are so passionate about what they do and it shows even down to the little photo shoot they do! They keep us updated and will send us these photos as an added bonus to their amazing work. Usually our baby is fussy and can be hard to even brush but, he is so well behaved with them! We are so grateful for them and the love they shower on their animal customers! Thank you guys so much!

This is hands down the best place to bring your pets. Ashley and her team are true professionals. First time going to ProPet Club Boutique and we loved them! From the first moment walking in I was greeted by the nicest staff. My Hazy took to them very easy. The groomer is awesome.They provided a fabulous cut and provided me with cutest pictures. Will definitely be going back. read more

We've taken our Shih Tzu to many different groomers over the years. It's always the same story. When we come to pick her up she starts whining and looks jittery, traumatized and anxious to get out. Like she's been abused Today she had her first grooming with Ashley and I took her outside for a quick bathroom break while my wife browsed the doggy attire. After handling her business on the grass she headed back to the door, wanting to get back inside. Ashley's Pro Pet Club is the first groomer that our dog didn't try to escape from. The calm, relaxed atmosphere and a loving patient, gentle grooming session that pulled her back in. She got a flea bath, cut and nail trim. Looks and smells great now! We picked up a new wardrobe for her too. Lady bug, tiger and lion outfits for nights out on the town with her doggy friends. All in all, we all had a great experience and will be back soon. read more

First off I would like to say that this place is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! I am a very picky fur mom and I only like to give my dog the best there is. I am one of those who thinks of my fur baby as my child as many of the fur parents I know do as well! Now that I have explained that I have to say that Ashely is very sweet and very patient with me. She took the time to explain the process to me and let me tell you that alone was so amazing to me because I have had some horror stories with my little guy when it comes to a groomer. Having that is great and she also suggested that I stick around so that I could see how he reacted to her. I got to see how he would act to her and she was very careful with him. He has very sensitive skin and she was more than willing to use the shampoo that I use on him between groomings. When she used the clippers on him she was very careful with him and stopped when he started to get anxious. I will definitely be bringing him back here from now on and using the mobile grooming if I cannot get to the store. I love this place and thank you to Ashley for being so sweet and patient. read more

The owner is so nice and her salon is not only adorable, but it's super clean and very organized! They did a fantastic job on our rescue dogs, a Maltipoo and Yorkie mix. Soo... I wrote this review 1 month ago, after my furry little brothers' first visit: If you have a little fur baby in need of a little TLC, then please please please take your precious pet to meet Ashley and Alma here at the beautiful Pro Pet Club Boutique!! We just had our little one groomed here, (FINALLY!!) and this is now his new spot, no more PetSmart, now ProPet! You MUST come see this lovely shop, it really is very darling, people+pet approved!! We are excited for our little ones' next grooming here, please keep up the good work, ladies! We see and feel your love for what you do and you do a great job! If you are looking for an expert Yorkie groomer, Ashley is it! After several not great experiences at big pet stores and also smaller pet grooming shops, I am thrilled to have found Ashley. She did such a great job on Tootsie, my 13-year old Yorkie. She gave her the cutest teddy bear face and a top knot with an orange flower and bandana for Halloween! I appreciated that she did not take too much hair off, which had been my experience at other places where she ended up looking more like a butchered baby rat, instead of the awesome Yorkie she is. Tootsie was happy and unbothered the rest of the day which let me know she was treated well. She also smelled amazing and her coat was super soft. If you are still over thinking whether to call Ashley and have a small dog that you are overprotective of, just call her already! We will be definitely booking another appointment. read more

Ashley has been grooming our yorkie for over 6 years! She is absolutely the best! She is not only a great groomer, but all around great business woman and super kind! The atmosphere is great for both animal and owners. I took my cat Gigi to Ashley, she is an awesome person and really cares for the animals she grooms. Always making the right and best decisions for Gigi. The Pro Pet Club boutique's hospitality is 10/10. Gigi is a very happy girl with her first groom she smells fresh and very soft. Also my favorite is no more excessive fur coming off her, perfect timing since summer is on its way. Awesome customer service! I was looking for a dog groomer one Sunday (a few weeks ago) and it couldn't wait another day as our dog needed it desperately. I found out quickly after many phone calls that many groomers are closed on Sundays. Luckily, Pro Pet Club Boutique answered, but since they were closing in 15 minutes and currently only took appointments, she gave me the number to a friends grooming business near hers. I thought that was really nice of her. After letting her know that her friends number was going straight to their VM, she decided to take us in although she was really suppose to be closing! Not only did our dog Stu look great, she finished much earlier than her estimated finish time and even snapped some photos of Stu for us - wow! Thanks for being such a sweetheart and going above and beyond. I'm glad to have found this place and become their new customer. read more

This Beautiful Bow Boutique is THE BEST!! From Head to Toe inside out our Yorkshire Terrier is PERFECTLY Taken care of! Including getting her teeth brushed! Wow her teeth were so neatly cleaned. They bath, groom, trim her nails, and make her look so so pretty for her pictures afterwards. I've been bringing our Yorkie here since she was a baby. And we will never take her anywhere else. We have used Pro Pet Club's mobile service as well as visiting their boutique and we don't trust anyone else with our baby. Ashley is the sweetest person and genuinely cares about her furry clients and their families. She is so patient with our anxious pup and truly treats him like her own baby.
