Worst grooming ever. Initially, I didn't notice when I picked up my puppy because they put clothes on her but once I came home and took off her clothes, I saw the work they did. I asked for a teddy bear cut and this is nowhere near teddy bear. The cuts are all uneven, and some areas were bald. Please see photos for reference. My very very cute multi poop became a rat. My Gia is an old girl and the older she gets the more attitude she has! So I rated my Cupid Doggie Spa experience with my daughter's dog. My dog just turned 1 year old. I enjoy bathing her and grooming her myself BUT my dog hates her nails to be cut. Have a long overdue review. I love this place and love the owner(s)! Backstory: I took my puppy to her first ever grooming at a different place (not cupid doggie spa) and she came back traumatized. She used to be really good with me clipping her nails as well, but after that first grooming experience, she never lets me touch her nails.. it sucked because i personally trained her so hard to get me to trust her with her nail clipping.. even trained her to get used to all the brushing and whatnot... With that said, I decided to take her to Cupid Doggie Spa. I was nervous at first of course... scared she was going to experience the same thing as the other groomers, but once she was finished she ran to me super excited and happy. She was not traumatized at all! Been taking her here every 8 weeks and they perfect the cut i want every time. I am so pleased with the customer service, the results of the cuts, everything~ Yes, they do ask for recent vaccine records. I was told ahead of time that this will need to be provided on our first visit. I believe this is standard practice for an honest run grooming businesses. They do this to protect the business and also their clients. Not sure what the bad review about that was. But you can't please everyone. Happy to say that I'm a loyal customer of almost a year.
