I have a Persian cat who needs regular grooming. I love this place because #1, THEY TAKE CATS! Cat groomers aren't very easy to come by. It's extremely clean, the service is great, and my little boy is done fairly quickly! I also like that there is no congestion of animals. It's quiet and peaceful, which makes for a less stressed grooming for my cat. They do an awesome job too, and aren't overpiced like some places. I found my forever dog grooming place. I have a short haired golden retriever that needs a trim and deshedding and OC Pet Grooming did an amazing job. I stopped taking my dog to the groomer a few years ago because I would always have to fix her cut. I searched yelp and found this place. My dog has never looked better and she's 10 year old. I was so happily surprised when I picked her up and saw her. They did a beautiful job on her! Even her paws were cut perfectly. I've used many groomers and none have compared to this one. I've been bringing my dogs to this groomer for a while now, and unfortunately, things have gone downhill over time. At first, the experience was great--welcoming, courteous, and professional. But with each visit, I noticed a shift. The atmosphere didn't feel as calm or positive, and my dogs seemed more anxious afterward. This last visit was the final straw. My dogs' haircuts were poorly done--uneven, choppy, and just sloppy overall. Their fur is growing out now and it's still obvious how bad the cuts were. But what upset me the most was the emotional toll it seemed to take on one of my dogs. She came home fearful and withdrawn, which is completely out of character for her. It broke my heart. When I picked them up, the three were tethered to the legs of the grooming table. That alone was incredibly upsetting, especially because one of my dogs is a rescue from a hoarding situation. She has a deep fear of confinement, and seeing her tied like that was painful and unacceptable. I really hate that we have to move on because consistency is so important for dogs, especially those with past trauma. But this environment is no longer safe or comforting for them. We'll be supporting another local groomer from now on, and I sincerely hope things improve for the sake of other dogs in their care. read more

I have multiple pets so raising the prices makes it hard to groom them often. Im glad I found this place they charge $55 with a $5 discount for new clients. For the first time I loved how the cut their hair. I wanted to maintain their long hair and just shape it. The owners are extremely friendly, caring, and have a ton of experience. Had to look for new groomer because previous one said one of my dogs was aggressive and a biter. I found this hard to believe because he is so good with strangers and kids. My dogs were very nervous and anxious when I left them but very happy when I picked them up so I know they were being treated well. We had a groomer in Pico but she moved to East LA and it was just too far for our 2 anxious puppies to travel for grooming. I found Emily on yelp. She was very responsive, even at 10pm at night and was able to get our pups in for the full grooming. As the weather is getting hotter, we did the FULL groom and summer cuts. In addition, I asked her not to do the bows or bandanas as our pups don't like it. She also asked about allergies and used a hypoallergenic shampoo.
