Someone recommended The Summit as an alternative, and we decided to try it out. He's been there 5 or 6 times, and it's clear that their approach is going to take him the extra mile to regain his mobility. The harness system is a game changer, I wish more physical therapists would use it. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming at the facility from the front desk to PT staff and even other patients. Kind of wish we'd started out here, but then maybe we wouldn't know how special it was. For reference, my husband has weakness in his right limbs and foot drop due to brain tumors and edema. Peter's personal experience retraining his brain to work his limbs is really important to us because he knows exactly what my husband is dealing with and how to get past it.

The facility is comfortable and clean. The rooms give me privacy to work through my routines. They were very attentive to what I need and answered all the questions I posed about my PT. Kurt and the staff are "freindly professionals." I felt at ease but also was pushed to do PT correctly for maximum benefit. I was there for a spine condition so I had a high degree of pain and was anxious about how my body would respond. They were very reassuring and earned my trust quickly.
