Nice new office and if you speak with the correct people very nice. That said very inflexible with scheduling even when scheduled weeks out. Couldn't move past the horrible 1st phone encounter: I've worked in the healthcare for 20 years and I am here to let this business stakeholders know that they probably should have different front desk representation. It was odd to find someone so hostile over the phone to a potential customer attempting to establish service . The woman had a tone of establishing dominance and annoyance rather than helpful guidance to a mva victim. I don't mind curt and effective service, but the unpleasantness was just too much to proceed. I provided what information I could while driving and she became almost irate when I asked if she can email me so can reply with the necessary detail in insurance etc.....The response was what killed it lol. "NO...YOU will be emailing ME. I WON'T be emailing YOU!" To that, I politely returned, "I am ending the conversation. Thank you for your time." It was the oddest exchange and perhaps this person had a bad day and needed to vent, but surely I wasn't going to subject myself to this in such a vulnerable time. I have great insurance but also didn't mind paying out of pocket. Will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

My husband and I were rear ended. The next day it was like we got hit with a 2 by 4. We were so sore, unable to sleep much less trying to function with the ongoing headaches and spasms. The therapists here listen to your problems & work on the areas that you need help with. And from the 1st visit you have improvement. This continues with each session. You are always watched, instructed and helped. Your therapist explains and is patient in watching your progression. I am so happy with this physical therapy staff. Scheduled a massage but when I arrived they had cancelled it because they wanted me to fill out some paperwork. When I proposed that I fill out the paperwork after the massage, they said sorry it's cancelled even though the individual who does the massage was sitting around doing nothing. They said they tried to call me but I only got a call from some Sanger number that day, not a business number. The Physical therapy is great but their policies sink. read more

I have always been very pleased with the services provided by Robert Pauline. However, my latest visits were a disappointment. I had a scheduled appointment with a PTA that I was very pleased to work with and when I arrived my scheduled appointment had been moved to the PT who did my initial evaluation. I assumed that they need to move things around now and then so that was fine for that day. Then, when I inquired at the end of my appointment about my next appointment I was told by the front desk that I had been moved for the remainder of my additional appointments. No one at the front desk could tell me why, but told me someone would give me a call. No one ever gave me a call. After a few days I called the office and was told that I had to come in and they would explain why I had been moved from the PTA. I was very happy with the work he was doing with me and had purposefully scheduled my time with him. I informed the front desk if I could not schedule with him I would like an explanation and wished to talk to someone. Again, I was told I had to come in and it would be explained. I cancelled my next appointment and have since gone somewhere else. I think this was extremely poor customer service. Also, the person I was moved to work with I no longer wanted to work with as during my entire PT appointment was asked personal questions about my political beliefs while having to sit there and listen to their opinions about political parties and the government. Not what I really want to talk about at Physical Therapy. As I stated, I was always pleased with the services provided previously, but had an entirely different experience this time. I hope they get it together and others do not have to have the same type of treatment I received. read more

This practice was highly recommended to go to by a close family member. Was told the consultation would be inexpensive if not free. Arrived to facility and started off having to pay 50 bucks and give my insurance. Then the consultation went horrible. The therapist wasn't person I was referred to see. And he made me stand in front of a window where everyone was doing there therapy (it's one big open room). This guy was checking my spine talking about the Mormon church and this that making me very uncomfortable and yet still I was half naked in front of everyone. Then he asks me to go do this exercise that I had no direction on except to hump the air. And then 3 weeks later I get a bill for 150 dollars. I cannot believe this was just supposed to be a consult and explain what I was having trouble with and set up a plan to get therapy for. Mind u I went right after work and had work clothes on not even clothes to do exercises. DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

I felt as if I was brushed off by "Dr" Pauline , I would make appts with him but I would receive his assistant, who was lovely, but was NOT a physical therapist. I drove 40-45 minutes to see him because of his known reputation and promises he had made to me during my evaluation, but none of that was upheld. The reason why I'm giving a one star now is because when I went to complain, Robert did not bother to come out to make it right , even though he was with a patient I remember he'd stop what he was doing with me to attend to other matters. I guess not everyone is treated the same here!! He did give me 25% off my final bill but an apology from the man himself would have been worth a lot more !!! read more

I had a medical procedure done on my breasts and called ahead of time to make sure they had the right equipment to accommodate my needs and they reassured me TWICE that they did! When I got there they had no such equipment and the therapist used a bolster instead. It's interesting that the entire office has Bibles and religious pictures as decor to paint a picture of an honest company. The girls up front just took my money and apologized for the lies and tried to rebook me for another appointment! The therapist I saw was amazing. My first appointment with Robbie was last week and it was my first time seeing a physical therapist so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've had neck pain for a very long time and a friend told me to try physical therapy out as a long term solution. The office was great and Robbie and the staff are very professional. I felt like he really knew what he was talking about and could really help me with my neck problems long term. When I left the office the pressure and dull constant pain in my neck was almost gone. After having a bad physical therapy experience at another place, I came here mid treatment. I was really nervous about going to another physical therapy place but my experience here exceeded my expectations. All of the staff were welcoming and caring and they created a positive environment. I saw Jen and Kyle, both of whom were great. Both of them were really good at communicating what was going on with my body and our plan to treat it. Jen was really involved with my exercises and made sure I was doing them right and adjusted and modified them when necessary. With her help I was able to get back to the gym, which is something I stopped and was scared to do because of my injury. Kyle helped me come up with a recovery plan that I will be doing for the next year to continue my healing process on my own. He also helped me understand how stress negatively affects my body and injury and helped me come up with ways to manage it. I hope I don't need to go back to physical therapy anytime soon but if I do need it I will be coming back here and I will be sending my friends. read more

Robbie has treated me on 2 different occasions for different problems. His hands on treatment & instruction on home exercise program have been so beneficial. I now have to return for a 3rd time for post- op treatment for repairs to torn muscles in my hip. The surgeon's orders are to start therapy 3 days after surgery. When I went by the clinic to make my appointments, the first available appointment was 11 days out as Robbie will be on vacation. He happened to come by the scheduling desk while I was there & said he would come in even though he was scheduled to be on vacation, to do the initial evaluation. In my opinion, that is service above & beyond. Putting patients' needs in front of his personal life is a pretty rare quality. A couple of years ago I went to Robbie for a hand injury and he did an amazing job, I have full use of my hand that had thirty one fractures in it. Amazing! I recently hurt my back and after a few visits to the chiropractor I new it was not getting better, so I headed straight for physical therapy at Robbie's new facility. Three visits later I feel like new again. It was so great, that I am having him work on my arm that has been diagnosed with tendinitis. No one recommended Robert Pauline PT to me. I called the office to schedule an appointment after doing significant online research. The 5-star reviews were unbelievable. When I first arrived, I explained that I was genuinely terrified because my lower back pain was so severe that it hurt to stand, walk or move. Clearly I had spent too much time driving and the situation had taken a toll. Also, it seemed that carrying an incredibly heavy piece of luggage had wrenched by back. I was worried that there was no way anyone could help me. It felt hopeless. Robby promised that he and his team would work with me to fix the issues. I went for a series of periodic appointments, as work and travel allowed, and ended my sessions ~ pain free ~ in just a few months. I had been prepared to experience pain for the rest of my life. My first visit was a great experience, the environment is nice and small, clean and professional, and they really do emphasize on making it a welcoming experience. Today I had my second appointment and they're definitely going to get stuck with me, for sure, haha. He is just so personable and thorough and he always tries to get a laugh or two out of his patients.
