He and his team were there at 8am to put boards on windows etc. AHW was then hired to do the gutting of the home. All household items, refrigerator, furniture, personal belongings, everything! I'll talk first about their work ethic, they all were extremely professional, honest, dedicated, energetic, and knew what needed to be done. Once the home was emptied out, they went to work on ripping everything down, walls, ceilings, cabinets, flooring etc. Right down to the studs. Everyday they left, everything was cleaned up on the outside, sweeping, hosing down etc. Now the human side to these amazing gentlemen. Again, this was a horrific incident. ALL the staff at AHW were compassionate, empathetic and extremely kind to the family. While cleaning out personal items, they'd put items aside that weren't damaged by fire/smoke/water, that were sentimental to the family. Example, photos, wall painting, Dads Notre Dame and Angels memorabilia, Great Grandma's grandfather clock etc. I believe other companies wouldn't have had the degree of compassion they had, and would have tossed these items. Most just want to come in, get the job done and leave. NOT AHW, they came with their hearts open and empathy shining through. I highly recommend AHW for all the reasons stated above: Professional, Honest, Dedicated, Ethical, Hard Working, Very responsive, Respectful; there's so many positive adjectives I can use for them and it still wouldn't be enough. We interviewed 5 companies and felt most comfortable with American Dream. It's a family owned company. We felt we would get a more customized and personalized effort to get us back in our home. The owners Benjamin and Nikki were incredible in every way. Our house was a big job. We accumulated too much stuff over our life times. Every single item in our house had to be packed out and stored. Every item had to be cleaned. Our entire house had to be cleaned from top to bottom. Nikki and her crew worked harder than anybody I've ever seen to get the job done and get us back in our house as soon as possible. They showed up on time every day and worked long hours without ever complaining about the magnitude of the job. Their positive attitude was contagious. We had some fairly valuable possessions. They were very careful with every single item in our house and nothing got lost or broken. We are back in our house now and it's cleaner than it was before the fire. There's not a trace or smell of smoke or contamination. American Dream went above and beyond our expectations. The question people often ask is "Would you use them again?". The answer from us is a resounding "Absolutely!". I was charged for work that was never completed, and when I requested the invoice to be corrected, I noticed that every charge on the revised invoice had been increased. This king of behavior feels highly unethical. Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were brought in through my insurance company. But based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Green Solution Environmental Services. I also want to caution that they appear to operate under another name - Genesis - which I was later told is essentially the same company. This dual identity only adds to the confusion and lack of transparency. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of both Green Solutions and Genesis. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

I appreciated their professionalism and honesty during the whole process and once the mold was remediated, we could finally rest easy knowing that this unit was no longer a liability. Unfortunately, our insurance plan did not include mold coverage so we had to pay out of pocket, but SERVPRO worked with us and gave us a reasonable price.
