All came but from the first minutes of seeing how they approached our needs it was clear that Rick & ProClaim Roofing were the way to go. Rick was simply terrific to work with everything he told us was clear and their estimate was easy to understand and precise. All of the other companies prices were similar the key for us was the service and the care with which ProClaim and Rick offered us. Now spending over 5000.00 for something is never easy. My wife and I have lofty expectations from everyone, Rick & ProClaim exceeded them! Happy yes we are and spending 40K to renovate a house for sale always is fraught with issues getting a new roof was the easy part. People who read my reviews know I expect a lot out of what I buy. I contacted ProClaim Roofing and the representatives were very professional. They visited my house, assessed the damages, informed me of the insurance process and did not ask for any money up-front. (As a matter of fact, they did not ask for any money until after the work was completed, and satisfaction of the work was confirmed first!) ProClaim Roofing came to my home to assist with the repair process before the insurance company had even contacted me to schedule an adjuster to visit. They even secured protection on the roof to prevent any further damage until repairs were able to be made. The day that the insurance adjuster made their visit, the ProClaim Roofing team was on-site early and accompanied the insurance adjuster during visit to help evaluate the roof damages. The professional staff helped to familiarize the insurance adjuster with the repairs necessary. After the insurance claim quotation was made, the team was also able to identify additional items that were neglected in the original insurance quotation for the repairs. They contacted the insurance adjuster, and were able to successfully prevent future out-of-pocket costs, and immediately let me know of the changes. The day before the work began, an employee called me to verify that the proper preparations were made to start work the next day. The day of the work, the ProClaim team arrived promptly at 8:00am and began work immediately. During the process, I was updated by the site foreman of the repairs necessary. When they finished all of their work, the team thoroughly cleaned the site before leaving! I am convinced that my yard looked cleaner when they left than it did when they arrived! I am extremely satisfied with the work performed! The team is very professional, and customer conscious. My new roof looks stunning, and the team at ProClaim really went above and beyond, working with the insurance company to help make the process as seamless as possible! Literally the wood under my shingles was rotten due to not having it properly installed 5-6 years ago. When Juan came out for consult he was so comprehensive with his efforts. I cannot even believe how damaged my roof was under the roof. Finally our back roof is set up to not leak. I am so impressed with this group and plan to have them do all my future projects. The gutter and gutter board on the back of my home came loose and was hanging down. Called Bone Dry to get a quote. Cameron (who was awesome) came out on April 8th to assess the issue and give me a quote. I signed a contract that day. Weeks and weeks pass by and I don't hear anything from Bone Dry regarding a date where they plan to come out and get the job done. I get text messages on April 30th, May 14th, and May 28th saying they eager to begin working on my roof. June 15th rolls around and nothing has been done or communicated. The issue had become much worse , where my gutter and gutter board were now detached from my home and laying across my patio. I call their office and speak to someone who says she will have someone reach out to me by EOD. I hear nothing. I call back the following day and notify them that no one reached out to me as they said they would. The person I spoke to told me she was going to contact the main boss (who was on family vacation) to see if someone could reach out to me. I finally hear from someone and they scheduled a crew to come out on June 17th to get the work done. The crew did in fact show the morning of June 17th and got the job done. As soon as the job was complete, I began getting mass amounts of text messages and phone calls to make sure I pay the invoice. If only I received the same effort to get my roof fixed as I did to receive my payment... Not once I have received an apology, communication where they went wrong, nothing (expect constant hounding for payment).
