They were timely came within few hours but when I told them how big my tank was they had to go dump because they expected to come with a half full truck... like the last time I used them they only pumped half the tank... sorry but I think the job should be done in full not the glass half empty. When they were done they stated "we told u because we had to dump we would charge you 1250 instead of 550" to pay for the dump (of someone else's waste?) makes no sense .. they should come to a residence with an empty truck ready to complete the job. They were friendly and did a good job but just beware you will have to do the digging and use your hose water and everything just to be overcharged double then the quote!! read more

AMAZING QUICK TRANSPARENT SERVICE! I really appreciate Colt and Josiah for showing up with so much knowledge, efficiency, and care. They were really communicative and exceeded the original timeframe by 2 days. They used a camera to help with locating our septic tank for our house that is over 20 years old. They dug maybe 3-4 feet to get to our septic cap, completed septic pumping, and gave septic maintenance care and knowledge and confirmed our leech lines were still in good shape. They rerouted 4 water lines and 2 electrical lines that was sitting over our septic cap that was about 100lbs. The rerouting of these pipes were advised by them so they could install a riser to avoiding more digging in the future which will make future septic pumping maintenance and monitoring more efficient and convenient. Definitely recommend Colt and Josiah for their care and compassion throughout the job process. They've positively and extensively offered extra support if I have an questions or concerns. Even though they are came specifically for septic work, I would say they're knowledgeable beyond their scope of work, they definitely help clear up some questions in relation to our irrigation sprinkler system too! I hired pro rooter to drain my septic tank on 2-2-22 They came out within a few hours said they were done was told that I had roots that I needed to snake the outside intakes on 2-28-22 i had same issues Called a license plumber he came out and snaked all traps and told me that not the problem he lifted the door to septic tank said that's your problem your full Called pro rooter they said they would call back within an hour they called back 3 hours later I had already called out another septic service said they could come out next day for $485.00 more when I had already paid $500.00 I said no The other septic service came out we're at my home for quite some time emptied septic tank and said there no way they emptied it all the way told me I should be good for another year and a half to two years and he had my husband inspect to show him it was emptied when he was done I would definitely never hire this company ever again they should be ashamed of them selves. When you have a family of four visiting from out of state and your septic system gets full you need help, QUICKLY !!! I called Pro-Rooter on a Saturday night at about 11 pm. I was surprised to actually have a human answer the phone! The lady took my name and address, told me that their guy would be there on Sunday morning to pump the system between 8 and 10 am. At 9am, here comes their truck!! Although it took more time than we figured in finding and uncovering the septic lid they didn't complain once. In fact, Darren and his daughter Keylee just dove right in and really got to it. In about 2 hours we were done, with our tank empty, and also a bit of advice from Darren on how to keep the tank in better shape by using a maintenance of septic treatments. One thing that was different about Pro is that they took the time to make sure that the sludge at the bottom of the tank was broken up so it could be vacuumed out. The previous service just took the liquid off the top and didn't touch the sludge, which in our case was the major problem. I highly recommend this company, and especially Darren and Keylee anytime that you need septic service. read more

The driver is nice and knowledgeable. But all kinds of greedy. They charge to drive their trucks. That's crazy !!!! I have had my septic pumped and acid treatment done three times in 15 years. Last time was 2 years ago. It cost half what I had to pay pro septic, and last time I had to replace a lid on the tank. Still cost half as much. Pumping is pumping. Save yourself a bunch of money and use someone else. These guys are unbelievable expensive. No one I know will EVER use these guys, unless they have unlimited funds. I don't. Was taken advantage of as a woman. Was told my husband was fully aware of the additional charges as the bill was presented after the job was done . It was double what we were quoted. 20 minutes 750 dollars, charged 600 yesterday. $200 of that was because they had to drive the truck out instead of a work vehicle, even though it didn't need to be dumped as IT WAS DUMPED YESTERDAY. Somehow that's our fault. I feel deceived. I'm in a club of 56 homes in the area and I will be sure that none of them use this company. Integrity matters. I over paid to have my sink looked at. The guy came and acted annoyed that he had to be here. When i would ask questions he would just stare at me blankly and give one word answers. At the end he said there was more that needed to be done then just went silent. I said, ok, well, can you do it and he would just stare. Weird as hell. I called Pro Rooter because I discovered a gas leak in my yard. Because of the leak, PG&E turned off my gas. Pro Rooter came out the same day to fix the leaks, which I appreciated because the weather was chilly. They listened carefully, answered my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. They explored all of the options to fix the leaks so that it would be the most cost effective for me. They worked over two days to resolve all of the leaks. The job was extra challenging because there were additional lines that I was unaware of that previous owners had plumped for future projects. They took the time to trace the gas lines to find all of the hidden pipes and leaks. Darren and Kaylee are conscientious. They will communicate with you about the process and options. My grandparents live in the small town of Kerman about 45 minutes away from town. It was early in the morning and they hadn't even showered that day yet. I have used them in the past and with my real estate business. The last time I was out of town and I called them to do their yearly root out of my rental home. My niece was home and she said they spent five minutes and gave me a bill for $125, it was usually $89. A week later, the drain plugged up . It was an emergency and I called them twice without a response.I had to pay anothe $70 for another guy to come out. I feel they did not do the job and ripped me off. Worst plumbing experience I've ever had! Called them out to fix a problem with our toilets backing up. Darren comes out and informs us that our septic tank is full and it needs to be pumped and serviced because it's been over 10 years. Understandable that it was going to be pricey to be done. So, they pump it and use some acid wash (double) and 1400 later, our toilets are still backed up. They didn't fix the initial problem we called them for. I call to have them return and fix the problem and they want to charge me now to snake the pipes, when they should have done it the first time. I complained but still they wouldn't admit wrong doing. 10 hours later, we have to run to the nearest target to use the restrooms until we can get another plumber out to fix the problem. Skip them at all cost. They will run up the price on you and not fix the main problem they were called out to do. All I wanted was the job done correctly the first time. They've lost thousands of dollars in future business from us, all because they wouldn't come out, 10 hours later, and fix the problem we initially came out to fix for free.
