I can't tell you how much I like an honest company. We were having water pressure issues in one of our bathrooms. One company wanted to charge us $5,600 to put a circulation pump on our water heater. Wes from Premire came out after and once he saw the issue, he knew immediately that the issue was only the shower in the bathroom. He replaced the parts and the cost was only $258. He was honest and didn't sell us on something we didn't need. I will 100% be calling Premire again for my plumbing needs! Our RInnai tankless water heater came with our new construction home build in 2019. Over the last year, it has started giving us error code 11 and sometimes 12, beeping loudly late at night or early in the morning. We contacted Premiere Plumbing based on a recommendation and they sent us Martin, who was very knowledgeable regarding the workings of the tankless heaters. It required a number of visits, consulting with Rinnai, having PG&E come out on two separate occasions, but Martin was determined to do the job right. In the end, he figured out our gas meter wasn't properly rated for our home after we added our pool/spa and demonstrated to PG&E the issues we were having, so PG&E replaced out meter with a larger output one. It wasn't the obvious answer but Martin clearly takes pride in his work and was determined to get to resolve our issue, which he did. Can highly recommend him and this company to do things the right way and get the job done!! read more

Found a gas leak on a riser in my backyard installed by another contractor. Turned to Yelp looking for highly rated plumbers. Found that the top rated plumbers couldn't be out until next week or later. In fact, received a text from Clovis Plumbing referring me to this company. Called them and was able to get service the next day. Robert arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time, discovered and repaired the leak within 10 minutes by tightening the "hand tightened" nut installed by others! Not sure about the pricing as I have never required the service of a plumber, but was charged $170. Robert was very professional and appreciate getting this issue resolved. read more

This company had the best score for communication with their customer (me). Just for that, I was always pleasantly surprised. There were some delays premier had due to no fault of their own, but I heard from them assuring me that the heater was on its way. Once it arrived they installed it after taking down the old one. The cost was reasonable and the work was guaranteed for 1 year with advice for keeping the unit problem-free. I would not hesitate to use them again in this capacity. read more

Grant it there was a miscommunication between the mobile home park management and this company regarding who would be responsible for this charge, (The mobile home management determined I was responsible ) The manager of the mobile home park gave me the business phone number and I attempted to call multiple times to get a price quote. (For repairing the shut off valve on the main water line going into the home). 3 attempts and no answer and no machine to leave a message. Fast forward to the day of the service, I had to be at work so I asked a friend to stay over to oversee the project. When the plumber arrived my friend asked him for the quote and was told he had to go through the park management. The plumber then attempted to freeze the line however the proper equipment was not on the truck and the technician could not get the equipment he had to work, so after a few attempts he stated he could not do the job. Finally the park maintenance person decided to turn off the water to the park and the technician then took 8 minutes to change the part and check for leaking. (I still had no idea how much this would cost). When my friend asked for the broken part the technician would not give it to him. When my friend asked why he could not give him the part if I was paying for it, he said he could not. I notified the park manager that I still had no idea how much this job cost and I had the park manager call the business. She was told that the invoice was "being prepared" and that it would be prepared the evening the job was completed. The manager asked whoever she spoke to, to please call me because I was not provided with a quote prior to the job being done and still had no idea of the cost. Two days later and I still did not have any idea how much this repair cost. This created so much stress because a job had been done while I had no idea if it was costing me $100 or $1000. Finally this morning I was able to speak to someone and received an invoice for $375 for this ten minute job. When I balked at the price, I was assured this was a great deal because I had received a "managers special pricing" I was also told that this job was not paid by the hour but was "by the job" so my other confusion is that if this is "by the job" why would it take over 2 days to write up an invoice? More than this however my disappointment is in the lack of communication when I attempted to call several times before the job was started. If I had this quote believe me I would not have used this company. My two stars were actually for the plumber because he did a great job and quickly took care of and repaired the small issue once the water was turned off by the park maintenance person. read more

I have only been in my new home since October and I still have a warranty on everything so after three other people tried to figure out why I had no hot water even though my tankless hot water system was working just fine Terry from Premier Plumbing came to the rescue and it was such a simple fix. It turns out the valve to let hot or cold water come out of the shower was installed backwards! I can finally take a nice relaxing shower thanks to Terry. I was looking to re-pipe my entire house and Premier's quote was one of the more competitive quotes. TJ, the plumber came and gave a thorough walk through of the property and explained to me each step of the way his assessments and what my options were which I greatly appreciated and so I chose to go with Premier for the job. Unfortunately 2 stars is for the very poor communication that followed from the front staff of the company itself. For the initial job of assessing and fixing one pipe leak, the leak was assessed but no communication from the company of when someone would be back to actually fix it despite several calls to the company and multiple messages left. I waited several hours at home and into the first night waiting for a person who did not show up. ( I had been told at the assessment that 'someone would try to make it out that evening or at the latest the next morning'). For the re-pipe job itself (a large cost and large project booked) - no communication other that booking the dates that the company would be out to do it; I was not told what time to expect the plumbers on day 1 ( I had to call to ask that myself) and no communication on what to expect onsite with the job (I recommend actively being available to move things away from walls as needed. I did this myself in anticipation of the job on my own which was fortunate because I had help to move furniture away from walls which I would not have had on the day of). The plumbers on the actual job appeared competent and were courteous and answered all of my questions during the actual work which was great. Unfortunately, while I was told there would be clean up after the job - the clean up is minimal and I found one of my personal bath towels used to clean up dirty water on the floor along with debris and drywall plaster! I would recommend that the company have their own towels and clean up materials. A house dustpan were also used and left broke and I am still missing a house broom which was not meant for plaster and drywall clean up. Overall all - technical plumbing repair and service 4 stars - ; Customer service communication and clean up post job -2 stars. read more

Premier Plumbing has come through for my family on several occasions - when other plumbing companies failed or refused to perform. Martin of Premier Plumbing is patient, knowledgeable and amazing. In December 2023, Martin diagnosed two problems [a failed part and improper original installation] with my Noritz tankless water heater. The plumbing service I had been using had been out twice, without even understanding the problem. I had paid for the competitor's first visit, even though the diagnosis was incorrect. Then their "supervisor" came out, also could not diagnose the problem and advised my unit wasn't any good and I should have purchased another brand [a brand they are familiar with]. Martin of Premier Plumbing saved me! After two weeks of cold Winter showers... I was desperate. :-/ Premier Plumbing is very simply a cut above. Everything done to it was explained in detail; additional information given about how the system should be working; and temperature settings for most effective use of the system. We received excellent customer service from the office and Technicians. Due to the late hour on Friday we had to wait over the weekend to have our Rinnai Hot Water Heater replaced. I was referred to Premier Plumbing by Clovis Plumbing for one of my water heaters that hasn't worked in months and is about 15 years old. Clovis Plumbing told me to request Martin who was a gem. He had an guess immediately about what was wrong and said the tank is a good one so it'd be wise to try to fix it rather than replace. The part was about $165 and the labor was somewhere around $235. Worth it. He even cleaned the closet that the water heater is in and explained everything. So thankful I finally called someone and they referred me here AND told me to request Martin. read more

We went through our home warranty company that uses a Fresno plumbing service that has the worst reviews I've ever seen. So, we got smart and used Premier Plumbing for the second time and we were not disappointed. It was a weekend evening call. The repairman arrived within an hour and completed the work in 90 minutes. The cost was only $75 more than it would have been through the warranty company and well worth it. Bad place to call, I am living with no hot water since Sunday. Call the the number on the water heater and they said it's a recall, send me some numbers to make an appointment. I called premier plumbing and they said the only time that is open is Friday. Today they called and said their guy called out and need re-schedule for some other time. Like for real! I am living without hot water in this cold weather. This company wants to charge me overtime to get someone out here to fix.
