It was a call to look at a simple shower leak. He took a quick look at the shower, no tools or devices and said the entire shower needed to be replaced, the pan was leaking, lines were likely leaking too and that the grout was done for and on and on - quoted thousands of dollars of repairs then recommended an entire renovation. Mind you our house is 8 years old... We called another plumber to come out and turns out a bead of silicone had come loose around the shower handle and water was dripping from the shower head onto that area. 3 mins later, all fixed. It's been months and no new issues. AVOID THIS GUY.
