We called on Sunday, Airco showed up Monday. Said they would order part. No communication/update until Wednesday when we called and asked about the part. We were told that there was a delay in getting the part. We asked for a supervisor to call, nothing. We called another company on Thursday. This company came out on Friday, they ordered the part and brought it out Saturday morning and installed it. Wow, a 2 day turn around. Airco left her high and dry for 5 days and would still be waiting if we had not called another company. I was relieved he didn't try to sell me a new water heater when all I needed help with was relighting my pilot light. I tried for an entire day and it wouldn't catch. I kept seeing the spark but it wouldn't light. I almost got same-day service, which is impressive when I called at 2pm, but traffic delayed him and instead we scheduled for 8am the next morning. He was here 10 minutes early and it took him less than 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Again, instead of jumping straight to buying new equipment, he first offered a band-aid solution if the problem came back since a new water heater is expensive. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again!
