I have known Roe for years and last year Pro RV Repair winterized our Coachman. I have passed his name around to other friends of mine who have had work done and raved about Pro RV Repair. For those of you that are going to call for service, be careful as I apparently got on his bad side this morning by parking my RV on the curb. This apparently made it inaccessible to him and this got us off on the wrong foot. I also had to play a little phone tag with him to schedule this appointment however it's to be understood as I'm sure fall is a very busy season for him. This was a sore point for him.... WHAT???? As a small business owner myself I know the importance of providing excellent customer service to create repeat customers. The Spokane/CDA area is a small community and word WILL get around. I called and asked for an estimate to reseal the roof of my trailer. He told me he would not give me a price without looking at it and he charged $50 to come look at it. I told him the size of the trailer and asked for a ball park and he would not say a ball park. I have an estimate from a local shop and I was trying to see if I could find a better price The phone call ended with him telling me that maybe I did not need to do business with him..... read more

I wish Roe (the owner of Pro RV Repair) was located where I live - If that were the case I would never take my RV to anyone else. I have been trying to get my two tear old Suburban oven repaired for over a year now. It has been "fixed" by multiple people to no avail. None of them were as diligent as Roe about trying to get to the root of the problem. He ultimately found that one of our problems was a faulty regulator on our propane tanks (our pressure was 8 when it should be around 10). He replaced the two year old regulator and our pressure was right where it should be. I could have saved tons of time and much money had he been the one who had repaired this oven the first time. Additionally, he is extremely careful about making sure that everything works correctly afterward - which is reassuring since we are dealing with propane. Roe is a true professional! read more
