I had no idea what he'd seen or not seen, therefore no idea what it was based upon. I replied to the email asking for an additional estimate for our chimney, with us present. Never heard from anyone at the company again.

They clearly don't stand behind their products or their customers. I would Submit pictures for all so you can steer clear of this money pit company but unable in this review.
