They discovered that Verizon had cut through two pipes when burying my FIOS cable and reccomened that I reach out to them to cover the cost. After about 2 hours of waiting and speaking to multiple agents I had to clear to get it repaired. I dreaded what Verizon's contractor would do to my lawn, I'm one of those people who tries to have the best in the neighborhood, so I called Waverly back and requested they repair it. Next day he and his son were out and made the repair. They even went the extra mile of meticulously cutting out just enough of the lawn and replacing it to minimize damage. Every year they perform winterizing and de-winterizing services along with multiple other services. Our spring service this year was started but not completed as a pipe valve (backflow preventer) needed to be replaced. They needed to get a part or tool from their office as the serviceman did not have one in is kit. I had to call and remind them to return over 2 - 3 weeks later so that I could get the system to water the lawn and subsequently they billed me double for the same service. Shameful.. it is relatively simple to do it yourself (see "you-tube"). It is a quick procedure and you'll save about $300 a year
