The office manager refused to accept the idea that they could have possibly been at fault, and refused to admit that any of the staff had ever even been inside my vehicle to begin with. I have spoken with a few Safelite representatives since this happened, to include after my first Yelp review, and have been promised that someone from Safelite would investigate this further and reach out to me, but there has been no follow up. This organization refuses to be accountable for the damage, refuses to follow up in order to repair my vehicle, and is once again just hoping that I will go away. This is not the way to treat people or conduct business, and just further proves the dangers of a monopoly.

Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.

I also had the pleasure of talking with Dave about his cars that were parked outside. My car was finished in about an hour. When I was driving back, I discovered my speakers were not playing music correctly, so I went back to the shop. To my surprise, Dave was kind enough to explain to me that he usually turns off all the electronics before they start working on the car.
