These guys provided me with a very detailed inspection report and education for a new home purchase which saved my rear end. Thanks!

Two weeks later the same thing happened. Pump never shut off. Our previous septic company couldn't get to us and recommended Sandifer Septic. I texted Caleb and he replied quickly (That was Tuesday after 5pm). We set up an appointment for Wedneday at 10:30. Caleb texted me when he was on his way (on time!). Together we found the end caps on the field lines. Caleb uncapped each one and flushed the lines (see photos) full of sludge and roots. After the lines were flushed the pump returned to normal operation and quickly the tank was empty, the pump float went down, and pump shut off (all back to normal). Nobody likes to deal with this sort of thing. But having a great sevice company brings great relief to an undersirable situation. We can now flush toilets, wash dishes, etc. Back to normal and I can't say enough about Caleb Hinojosa from Sandifer Septics. He is friendly and professional. He gave a great recommendation for finding the end caps in the future. Overall, totally satisfied with this experience. They don't pump tanks. The do install and repair work. Caleb recommended Hambone Plumbing (Justin Hamby) for pumping septic tanks. I can't review them yet but in several years when I need pumping I will give them a try. For anyone needing repairs service (not a basic pump-out), I would highly recommend Caleb at Sandifer Septics.

Super fast repairs. Great communication. Wen above and beyond. Will call again! Great team!read more

Lots of reviews about the drivers for this company driving dangerously, and I can confirm that this…read moreis true. I was on foot, crossing the street at a crosswalk, and had the right of way. This did not stop the driver from making eye contact with me and flying through the intersection, within a foot of hitting me. Screw this company, but I guess I would be miserable too if this was my job.

Today I watched from my porch, the driver of the truck barrel down a blind turn, ignore a stop sign, and hit at least 10 miles over the speed limit in my residential neighborhood. We have deer, kids, dogs, people walking and bicyclists all over the streets. Today there were several deer in the road at the time and the driver did not even break or slow down. Instead he sped up and slammed on his horn. THANK GOD, it was just deer and not children playing in the street or dogs running around in the yard or people walking down the road as we all so often do. We live in a quiet suburb between Bee Caves and Westlake It was so wreckless I felt compelled to walk down to the lake park and get a picture of the license plate so I could called the company to report the wreckless behavior. WaIking back, I actually had to warn two women and their dog to step out of the road when he was driving back out of the lake park. I got a call back from a "supervisor" JEREMI GONZALES who was EXTREMELY unprofessional and down right rude. He told me that he would check his drivers cameras to confirm what I had told him was even true, but that he wasn't calling to apologize for his driver - nor would he, and that if anyone or anything is in the street and gets hit by his driver that its our own faults. We are in a rural community with no sidewalks and everyone walks and bikes down the road. Anyone that cares about their business or reputation, or even takes a minimum amount of pride in their work would NEVER answer a neighborhood complaint about safety like this. I would HIGHLY encourage anyone using them or considering them to look into alternatives for septic services as they do not care about the safety of your neighborhood or the people who live in it. I have informed the board at the Lake Park as well and they will be evaluating replacements.
