Wrong Part Ordered: Right out of the gate, no one ever verified which window I needed replaced. The installer showed up with a windshield glass instead of a driver side window, which meant I had to wait an additional two days before work could even begin. A simple phone call or text to confirm the details beforehand would have completely avoided this. Installation Issues: Once the correct glass arrived, the installation didn't go smoothly either. The installer was unable to get the window rolling up and down correctly and ultimately left my door partially unassembled. After doing some research myself I discovered the window wasn't properly aligned with the side track. Once I aligned it myself everything worked perfectly. Bottom Line: The installer did offer a $75 discount which I appreciated, and he seemed genuinely eager to do good work. However at the end of the day I paid $250 for a job I largely had to finish myself. I'd suggest this company invest in more training before taking on jobs independently. I wish them well but cannot recommend at this time.

Despite the hassle and unexpected expense, I had a very positive experience with Auto Glass Xperts from initial contact through the actual home visit and back window replacement. The woman who assisted me during my intake call was polite and professional, despite it being close to closing time. She explained the entire process to me as well as the charges, and assured me someone would come to my home the following afternoon between 1 and 5. I felt the price was reasonable enough that's I didn't bother to shop around for something better and booked my appointment. Brandon showed up at 1pm. He was very professional, courteous, and detailed oriented. He made sure I understood the process and made recommendations on how to deal with any remaining glass that their machines might not be able to vacuum up. He efficiently took care of my window and did a great job. Not only that but there were no surprise charges or anything like that. He also made sure to explain how long Auto Glass Xperts guaranteed their work and how long I should wait before any washing or tinting of my window. Um, not a good thing for anyone behind me if it takes flight. I priced it out at the place that replaced it years ago, rhymes with "Afelite". They wouldn't repair the leak. It's glue folks. Offered to replaced at almost $800 after tax. Nope. Called another place, but their price seemed oddly low. Nope. Called AGX, was quoted under $260 to repair. Didn't promise me the moon. Even offered replacement at almost half the other place but would be a week waiting for the glass. Who can't wait to save over $300? I can. So I'm getting the repair anyway, so I can go out of town. They were amazingly understanding and squeezed me in on the spot. Will get the new glass because my defroster wasn't working, and because great businesses deserve opportunities to show their stuff. Both are still cheaper than the other spots charge for the one. If ever you're shopping for autoglass repair, shop around, get estimates, but include Auto Xperts. I have no doubts you'll end up here in the end. I don't like using the word cheap where it comes to auto repairs, but this was truly a phenominal value. Service is stellar. If I could give him ZERO STARS I would!!…read more The original job was to replace my windshield that was severely cracked. He offered two options: dealership glass and after market. I asked what the difference is and he said only the stamp in the corner. I chose the after market because he said "I'd be very happy with it." Immediately after he replaced my windshield, I got an alert saying that my forward camera needed to be recalibrated. I messaged him asking about it and he said he didn't unplug my camera, etc. and then offered no support. The dealership said it would be $300 to recalibrate which I couldn't afford at the time. Well, I finally brought my car in because I can't get my annual safety & emissions renewal without the recalibration and they said that it's not the camera, it's the windshield itself. It's not compatible with my car's cameras because of some special gel that's required in the glass that acts as a filter. Therefore, I need to replace the ENTIRE windshield again plus the recalibration which will cost $1500!! All because of this business's negligence and misguidance. I reached out and explained everything to them and they didn't even have the decency to respond. Filed a complaint with Yelp but because this business isn't a part of the Yelp Guarantee Program, there's nothing they can do. Plus I paid in cash so my bank can't assist. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! Edit: of course he responds after receiving a bad review, but only to insinuate it's my fault and calling me a procrastinator? Since I can't respond to a review reply, here's what I messaged him: Oh now you respond because you got a bad review? This has nothing to do with me having to wait because I couldn't afford to get the recalibration done. Mazda quoted my $275 for the recalibration itself but it has nothing to do with the camera. Even if they attempted to recalibrate, the glass is not compatible with these cameras, which you should have known. They said without the required gel and the clarity issues with this after market glass, it wouldn't be possible without a complete replacement with Mazda glass (whether I do it with them or third party). They even showed me on the glass you replaced how the gel was done improperly. So you can take your poor customer service and terrible work ethic and enjoy my rightfully bad review!
