We left our other tint shop because they got so disorganized and started taking too many people at once which forced delayed pickup. I'm taking almost 10PM. Anyway I wanted to give a shoutout to their front staff LEXI who was so responsive the day of my appointment when I had a hiccup that morning. She greeted us upon check-in, covered what we're there for and was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She also got us to add an extra service which we usually skip. However she presented to us the product, educated us on the "pros" and we went for it! We also informed them if they can get everything done at a specific time since we had our little human with us. She didn't promise but she said they'll try their very best and to contact me asap! The installers did just that. Lexi called us about 20 mins earlier than said time. Not only did they complete the job much earlier than we anticipated, their work was phenomenal! We were very pleased with the results when we saw the windows and windshield as well as a small PPF area that I wanted done, in person! Their pricing is very appropriate for the quality of their services and we are now using G5 as go-to for all things tint and PPF! He left glue from the dealer sticker and put the tint right over, creating two dots that do not come off! I called the owner to fix our issue and she was very unprofessional. What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ...
